Heavy Mach is the closest type of game to Metal Slug. It's only $0.99 and there's a lite version Heavy Mach Heavy Mach Lite
I second the heavy mach suggestion. It is a great game and feels almost like metal slug. It's the closest I've come to being able to play metal slug on the Iphone/Ipod touch
I disagree hugely with the Heavy Mach suggestions. That is extremely dissimilar to Metal Slug. It's a fine game, but nothing like Metal Slug. I found Heavy Mach really slow, especially when compared to the high speed of Metal Slug. Otherwise, I know of no games that are anything like Metal Slug. If you find one, tell me.
i think ppl think its like metal slug because of the way the artwork is. its a pretty cool game though but someone should port it over or at least a clone of metal slug.
Indeed it is not as fast paced as Metal Slug but Heavy Mach is probably the closest thing to Metal Slug as of today. You might want to check out the video if you want to.
