hey dude I think i found the culprit, some projectiles can be stuck on screen but i dont know why and 1 more..
This assumption, but I think that the update of the game comes on both platforms simultaneously. Just checking application (pre-moderation) at Apple takes more time than Google Play. So maybe not have to wait for the update to ios, until they come out of the holiday.
Would you buy a R-shobu or hover unit if you already bought hover units? which 1 has more value for medals?
Welcome new member! I didnt fully understand your statement but i will try... I collected almost 300 medals last update from wifi battles and(as much as i can)and from daily rewards so i bought the shobu. R-shobu is more expensive, 200 medals? it attacks 2 times.after that he drops bombs..more destructive..costs 300ap.. Hover unit(not to be confused to the new one..hover vehicle).. is 120medals ..it comes in packs of 3, after dropping bombs it flies away... has shorter cooldown to r-shobu...costs240 ap these 2 are the ones i have but you can also try the others areals.. what i mean on my post earlier is that areal units tends to counter big units(not always but most of the time)... areal units may have been a one time use only and costs huge ap to summon, but on the bright side it dispatches big units quick, has fast cooldown, very destructive..enemy players will have to wait long cooldowns for them to summon again their big units.. my deck is pretty balanced on 2v2 so in my opinion 2 areal units is enough,on others 1 is good too, then I saw one player that has many areals(4 i think). depends on your strategy i guess.. if you want to try out the areal units go to Missions, you can use them temporarily on selected missions
The new aerial units are great. They're really useful against rush decks as well. Plus, they don't give your opponent free AP. It could be a difference maker in close games.
Thanks for the welcome. =) My gosh i'm sorry. i meant that which is more worth the medals? hover veh or shobu? currently i'm already having hover unit. i'm not sure which to buy, but from my own understanding, shobu has "normal" production rate, but it appears that it is almost similar to hover UNIT, but dmg wise i'm unsure. hover VEHICLE only shoots ONCE, with slow production rate. but the damage seems enormous, as i noticed it helped in destroying my j-king relatively fast. But when there is some small units like hopper right in front, then its quite a waste. My strategy is to knock through walls like donald, j-king etc, which is why i bought hover unit before the update. Opinion? =)
Maybe you're right and it was just lag. It seemed to me that it destroyed our entire army, and any of our new units that tried to venture in it. It also lasted the entire rest of the match.
oh i see.. just go to r-shobu then... it has spread attack and damage wise it more powerful than hover UNIT.. hover VEHICLE is in my opinion the strongest arial unit but mostly unreliable, its single attack only..(attacks the very first enemy on the frontline) or you could check out skitarii's guide just look up to the units you have in mind http://www.gamefaqs.com/iphone/792649-metal-slug-defense/faqs/69623?print=1
Between r-shobu and hover vehicle (the new machine gun craft), I think r-shobu is better, but I'm not sure. I would also consider the commander unit. If you can get him to attack twice you've already paid off your investment. By the way, who thinks snk accidentally switched the commander's regular and special attack?? Dude seems way too powerful!
I think his special attack auto stuns infantry when it hits them. I tried using the commander for a few matches. He can be a great asset but I find that with the way matches go, if he gets touched a few times, he's dead. So it's a trade off. My problem is subbing him in for the right unit in my deck. I can't decide what units I want to have available to me!
I think if you're going to use aerial units, Commander is a good replacement. Just 10 more AP than Hover Unit and the only thing you sacrifice is the instant attack. If he attacks twice then you've paid back your initial investment and then some! However, if he gets killed that's a big AP boost for your enemy... but still, I think if properly taken care of, one of the best "aerial" units.

The problem with him is that he goes to the front of the line instead of staying hidden among larger units. He usually gets killed before he can do any real damage.
Could you tell me how fast the production is? I don't have the unit to try it out. One of the best features of Hover Unit late game is that you can just spam the unit over and over because the production is so fast. I could see a slow production hurting the Commander.
Even if his production is slow, as long as he survives, he'll keep sending out attacks of the hover unit. So I think it would balance out.
I need to confirm something guys.. does winning 100 matches on 2v2 nets you additional 50 medals? because i finally manage to get my 100th win... I think it said 3 medals received..then no confirmation, then suddenly after i leave the pvp lobby it said you receive 50 medals... if neting 100 matches on 2v2 gives 50medals then im all down for it.. or it could be a 1 time thing.. is anybody here has 200wins on 2v2?
Haha far from it. I have a looong way to go. I want to add an air unit to my deck but I'm torn between Hover Unit, R-Shobu, and Commander... they all cost too many medals for me to pick poorly! R-Shobu looks powerful but I'm leaning towards the sure thing: Hover Unit. Commander is tempting but I'm worried he'll never reach the J. King before he gets the airstrike off.
If you dont have any air units, I'd stay away from the Commander. He needs support to be effective whereas the other choices will give you a surefire attack every time. I've used the Hover Unit and the R-Shobu, and I'd say either is a good pick.
His production speed is slow. If he remained behind other units by using them as shields then he would be far more productive than the Hover Unit, but as it stands now he really isn't that much of a threat. I haven't tried the Hover Vehicle yet, but I'm curious to know if it's actually useful.
