How about instead of asking for a restore as they can't do it, then you ask for a refund. If you spent money on the something that was lost, then you should have a receipt or receipt number that should cover it.
I wouldn't fancy your chances - medals are consumables, and can be "lost" in any number of ways. Buying sortie point refills, for example.
I also asked for a refund, but they won't do that either. I do believe it's also in the Terms. In such cases, point-related items for which the term of validity has expired will become unusable, and may disappear.
Unfortunately you lost everything unless you made a backup. I suffered a similar loss when I played Trials Frontier. I had EVERYTHING, tons of gems, coins, all tracks, all bikes, all secret tracks, costumes... I made a reset on my Android to sell it. When I went to play it on my new iPhone, I used my Uplay account (which I had the nickname) but I realized I needed to create an account. I was playing with a GUEST one on my Android! Many months lost.
It has always done that. I really wish SNK would post at least some information of buffed/nerfed units like they did a long time ago.
1.31 (iOS) I just realized the blue hi-do got buffed. Third world, Area 9, stage 3 (long map with Yetis). That's the map I use to check a unit's attack power. Before, the Blue Hi-Do needed two attacks to kill a Yeti. His normal attack (4 missiles) wasn't enough. It needed like 6 missiles. Nor his special (8 missiles I think). Now it does more splash damage, kills a Yeti with a single attack (4 missiles). Same for his special. With 6 out of 8 missiles it kills. It is great since it is a free unit.
Thanks for the info! I also noticed that something was different about it but I couldn't quite put my finger on it.
Wow, I have so much frustration right now towards one unit, Morden Di cokka. I have fought so many battles with the same ending results. I slowly make it to the enemy base to then be pushed back due to morden di cokka special. Really wish it was a not flinching unit as you are able to stack them and with two activations of its special, it wipes out everything on screen.
that strategy is common to morden di cokka users. if youre using kof units, you could counter it with benimaru special, robert garcia or kings special just timing is needed.. for non kof counters for morden di cokka, use rebel hi do or daimanji.. rebel hi do(time morden di coka special then use hi do spec..enemy mordens dicokka will hit only hi do(if lucky your hido will only be hit minimal) daimanji(use its special(where it flies ontop of enemies side and drop plasma) morden di cokka spec will follow your daimanji and only hit air.. those are some strats i used vs it
I noticed the special gets neutralized when Morden Di-cokka dies. Dai-Manji attack wipes out all my units it's unfare. SNK could make those units for sale at a steep price. If you didn't got during an event, you could buy for (I don't know) 500, maybe 1000 medals. At least give us the option.
Could be, but I noticed Blue Hi-Do attack got more splash damage (playing PvP). I think it's more likely they changed the Blue Hi-do since it's a unit that needed more fine-tuning than the Yeti. SNK should put a list with buffs and nerfs.
Don't know you guys but the last version on iOS is pretty balanced. I see experienced players with all kind of decks (which is nice) and different strategies. And what's happening to 2v2 ? It take ages to find players. And some players who join me BARELY played the single player campaign. They open the game with the blue soldier.
