Some issues I'll try to resolve On update 1.31, the new units are surprisingly effective. .especially red tarman, zombie tarma and green hazmat(very low medal and worth much for its price).. Shobu future doesn't go away and stays like shobu pm (but you could skip buying it) Snail house if a production monster (releases a snail per second, good for stalls and small maps, although its a gimmick unit..its still effective) you could skip on buying it too if you're short on medals.. 1.30 update, Again, this update is the most balanced so far..no Imba unit exist here(nerfed kof, nerfed truck, no good units to be bought here..so you could live not buying a new one and save medals for the next(1.31) and still, the next very good new updates units are free and the one medal unit that's useful is very affordable.. About dc issues, Of course people do purposely disconnects sometimes but not always.. here is some Ss of the two players within the same match connection is really the issue (both won in their respective devices)(no +1000 msp popped uped,a sign of loss) BTW I only stole this pic on a clan in Fb,competitive android players are very social..once loose with a clan name and a high rank it gets posted, just for fun thou, so inventing decks is a risk every now and then for them
Anyone has unlocked the zombies? Are they any good? There are too many POW's on this event, It doesn't help that I never unlock anyone when playing
The key to release the POWs is to replay the same stage over & over & over till u get one or 2 or 3 in the same turn! Ive never used any items to get the POWs! Just keep trying & trying! If u run out of sortie of don't want to wait do the sortie trick so u don't use them all!,try to get units that have spread damage! I usually go in circle! Like stage 1 then 2 and so on! Once I get a pow in an stage usually the ofher ones start coming out! Till I get them all! Just be patient & keep trying!
There is no trick to releasing POWs, they get released randomly. If you want to guarantee one will be released, use your radar, that's why they have them!
Ugh, I'm going for another run of multiplayer and I just got destroyed by a dude who had boss units for half his deck. Being a private (online-wise) sucks, Close Rank matchmaking puts me against Majors and Generals and I'm trying very hard to get my deck to be at least useful against these dudes. Anybody able to help out a scrub here? I've gotten all the POWs from Worlds 1, 2 and 3 and most of my dudes are getting their level unlocks...
are you on android or iOS ? step 1 on online pvp is fully unlock your units and upgrades no matter what.. then if youre lacking on premium units to counter those guys with strong units, farm on 2v2 for medals..which is x2 faster to do than 1v1..also if you got the event boss units(which are free),they will help alot.. useful free units: donald morden(world ? unlockable) donald morden di cokka(event)1.28? daimanji(event)1.24 regular hi do(blue)1.29? elephant slug(30days reward) red tarman(event..currently ongoing) 1.31 zombie tarma(event currently ongoing) 1.31
Very useful to list the versions for the units released in the limited events. That way u can download the apk for those units if u missed them...
Best advice I can give is getting units that penetrate the defense, such as Elephant Slug and Donald Morden.
Good tip, I'm currently working my way to getting DM and I already have ES, but I also have a Red Ring Laser mech in my deck to deal with multiple units. I just got owned (again) by a 2nd Lt, and I'm pretty sure my units are getting eaten faster than his even though they're fully maxed and are getting the full HP POW bonuses from all the worlds...
Yes. You'll get demolished without them. And what about your damage bonuses, so that the enemy HP goes down at the same rate as yours? And the "extra AP per unit killed" bonuses, so you can send units out at the same rate as he does? Etc? Increasing your rank merely leads to a trickle of medals as your score increases (giving you access to more units to choose from). Usually, a high-rank player will win for the simple reason that they've had more personal experience playing than a low-rank player has had (and therefore better know what they're doing), but there's absolutely nothing stopping a beginner from gathering all the POWs, buying all MSP-based upgrades, and then potentially beating anybody out there. Tactics matter. Mistime an MSA and you'll slam it into just one of your enemy units. Play it well and you'll take out a group. It's also important to ensure that certain units are only sent out alongside certain other units, timed according to the length of the map. You need to ensure your "glass cannons" are hard to hit by keeping a "wall" in front of them.
To my understanding, 1.31 tweaks her special charge speed such that mission 109 is possible again. That mission can't be cleared in 1.30.
To my knowledge, no such "official" documentation exists. All I know is that if I send out regular soldiers - you know, the first offensive unit you get - against any deck used by someone who lacks any POW bonuses, I'll win. That is to say, SNK seems to assume that it's self-evident that the difference POWs make is substantial. I have to agree with that assumption.
I tested some new units: -Zombie FIO/TARMA/ERI; They all are useful only for it's vomit. They all have similar walking speed and do similar damage. I tried playing with 5 of those zombies (+Clone FIO and Zombie Marco) to see if I could make a deck with constant vomit attack. Bottom line? It doesn't work. The second vomit attack takes too long to charge. And since they (practically) don't do damage without it, they are not useful. Zombie Eri and Clone FIO are the ones who spawn faster but have lower HP. -Red Tar Man; 9000 hp for 225AP. Movement SLOW and Production VERY SLOW. Attack is quite strong. He throws 5 goo (star format) and with 3 of those, he manages to kill a Yeti (world 3 stage 9). Can attack aerial units too I don't know. If it didn't take so long to spawn, I might like it. -Snail House; It looks like Parachute 2.0 in the beginning. The builder goes fast and plant the Snail House and it starts spawning Snails fast. Unfortunately the snails are quite weak and do almost no damage. Don't know if they give AP to the enemy when killed. I like it because it floods the other player and might divert strong attacks. Not useful when the other player uses Ring Laser (and RED Ring laser) among other units with piercing attack. - R-Shobu Ver.F Didn't test it but with only 3 missiles to attack -Hazmat Soldier Green Looks like the best new unit. Fast movement and fast production. The special is great. It throws a rolling ball that spawns a mummy that does piercing damage. Seems useful for small maps.
