Took long enough. I'm really into this other game now called "Iron Desert" - and it's safe to say I have lost A LOT of interest in MSD!
I've been testing 1.27 units and I must say I'm not impressed. I go to Area 9, stage 3 (swarm of Yetis) to test how many attacks a unit needs to kill a Yeti. My opinion about new units. - Bull Drill: Hyun likes it very much. I hated. Normal attack (missile) is weak (need two missiles to kill a single Yeti). His special according to Hyun is one of the strongest. I tried using it but the unit takes so long to do that special, and get easily pushed back losing the special. Waste of medals IMO. The only PRO is the high AP/HP ratio (35000 full hp) for 600AP. - Mai Shiranui: Another weak unit. Needs THREE attacks to kill a single Yeti. Some players like to start with a fast unit like Leona, Benimaru, Yuri Sazaki… From all, Mari is the best IMO. She's fast and the special makes her jump to front killing many units (splash damage). - Slug Mobile: Weak attack. Special is useless. I thought you could ram up past units like Giant Caterpillar but that's not the case. 130AP for a 4500HP. - Yuri Sazaki. Fast, weak and useless special. - King. It was mentioned her special block incoming bullets. In that case, It is better than Robert. - Big John: Massive HP (35000) for 600AP. Missiles go very far and do a decent damage. Seems like a very good unit. Unfortunately it is stationary and takes a while to build a second one.
The attack for the slug mobile is actually really strong. As for the special it can be good or bad depending on the scenario of the battle. Test the unit out again
It seems there was a way to hack the game on the iOS. of 5 games in three bosses appeared at the first seconds of the game.
That's possible, but I have another explanation confirming as to how this exploit happened. Just recently my friend and I, who also has this game, decided to go play 2v2 in hopes that we would get paired up together, sometimes we did and sometimes we did not. Eventually what happened was we both had the "Connecting to players" window on both our screens and my friend got to the screen showing the opponents, one problem though, I was still seeing the "Connecting to players" screen! At the moment he had started to battle the window box on my screen reverted to the "Searching for players" window. Now here is the part where you described about the boss units. Once he started to battle (I was his partner) my bot sent out 3 hairbusters and the opponents sent out 3 brain robots.
I think it is a synchronization bug in 2 vs. 2. I played a match earlier and the game almost immediately spammed out a crowd of Vanguards and a Big John from my deck that were under my control. I hadn't done anything but upgrade AP a few times before then.
I agree with this assessment of them. One thing I do not like about the new areas is that they are too long and it's almost impossible to win the fastest "S" ranking in the longer stages.
This Thursday we gonna see Jupiter king Mk ll .. I wonder what other units they gonna bring with it.. Hopefully not kof units.. I'm getting annoyed by those.. But seeing my slug armor knife the living shit out of lory and the rest that has close range is priceless.. Anyone notice any buff or Nerf in any unit? I noticed the buff on the slug armor.. Can't really tell what the buff is I guess I'll keep testing him out..
The Hacker situation in this game on iOS is getting ridiculous. I keep running into or partnered with hacker more than 75% of the time and sometime they hack so that those unit are under my command. So not only they hack so that they could win but also try to drag somebody else down with them when SNK admin discover score irregularity and unit command log. Mai and King are squishy, no denying that but damn they are monsters as a rush down unit. They are the new Iori/Kyo if you ask me. They sure are useless in sortie, but PvP is the place where they make Leona/Hyakutaro completely obsolete. SNK learn NOTHING since that Iori unbalancing the game. Mature is finally nerfed to oblivion and King takes her place now. And Rootsmar is also useless since everybody is a glass cannon which can barrage anything to death and he is so big everything can hit him.
There were no hacks used in the screen shots, as to the game being hack-proof that's possible, but then again there hasn't been any proof of hacking this game (on ios) showing crazy things that aren't normally supposed to happen. I've been playing this game for a year and for the amount of times wacky things occur online there have been only three of those moments. I'm sticking with the synchronization errors that happen in wifi vs that make the screenshots I've shown possible. Unlike with android where on youtube there is actual footage of hackers showing what they can do, the keesi for example. Android users have it hard.
Do you think we`ll have the chance to get dai-manji again? I left the game for a while and I'm kindof pissed I cannot get this unit anymore now, I really like the desing. (and turns out it is good too >.<)
Well in my opinion & my speculation is that the event map had a lot of room for more levels so there might be a chance for a do-over..although It may take a whole other year till the 2nd anniversary comes around for it to be available..but then again they might have another limited event featuring another exclusive unit eventually! perhaps They might also have it available at the shop for purchase with actual cash or for a high medal price! Again those r my speculations & I'm only sharing my predictions of what it could be! On other news tomorrow is android's update featuring purple Jupiter king or a.k.a (JK MKII) . The update may also contain some fan requested favorite units from the (MKII's) series since it might be the theme they may use for 1.28 & as always new missions areas & features! & btw u should invest in hair buster. It's a great aerial unit w Less AP more HP than Dai-Manji!
It's time to get used to that update to iOS comes later, sometimes a month. Oh, there were times when the update to iOS came out earlier and every 2 weeks.
Has anyone realised how impossible it is to finish all of the stages in locations 4, 5 and 6 with an "S" speed ranking on all of them? I tell you, I have Leona who I'm certain is the fastest character in the game, and she can't get through the stages fast enough to get that ranking. I need to use the petrol can/app max whatever it is called in order to have my army back Leona so the level can be finished quickly enough but I don't have enough of them to finish them all quickly. This is a problem - how do I fix it?
