I really don't know. But this kinda makes me panic, because SNK obviously have pulled Metal Slug Touch off the appstore before, they can certainly do it to this game. There would be no reason i can think of for why, but yeah.
They don't have an Official Twitter or blog that I can find, so.. just sit back and hope for the best now, I guess.

It's bad and strange they're not in the App Store but don't people who buy this have this backed up on their iTunes?
Ah, well you see, this is probably unique to me so i cant speak for the others, but I run only Linux at home, and thus unable to actually run iTunes on my computer, so I have to rely on my ipod touch's connection with the appstore to get my apps only.
Dang, I'm starting to have some bad feelings about this. Metal slug, blazing star, rtype, all gone... Anything else? Hope Raiden isn't next...

Not everyone still uses pc/laptops, in my case I had everything backed on a laptop which recently died on me. And for now I cant check my purchases as it just stucks at loading on any device running ios 6. I can check my purchases on my US account which only have like 6 games on it so im guessing it gets messed up when you have tons of apps. Strange, im hoping they found some nasty bug o something. Someone posted that R type is gone too? Then it may be something related to dot emu because that game was published by EA right?
To everyone who has trouble seeing their purchase history: I had the same problem and lots of apps, but shutting my ipad off and then on again solved the crash issue and let me scroll through my purchases. Might take some time until it finishes loading all your purchases.
Tried it on my 4s but didnt work its been loading for more than 5 minutes now. Its amazing that my ipad 2 running ios 5 feels snappier on the appstore than the 4th gen ipad which has less than 10gb of stuff in it (only in the appstore mind you, it feels a lot better on everything else). Never had any problem checking my purchases on older OS and I already had tons of apps by then. Hope that they work it out on an update.
Im hoping its some kind of mistake, the newest KoF isnt there either but the first one is. Very strange..
