Add another voice to the growing throng. Or, better yet, swipe on screen to roll in that direct, as per Monster Adventure's dodges. Both precise, intuitive, quick and comfortable. Probably my favourite new mechanic for dual stick shooters.
damn, been a while since a online game has been this fun. the fact that everyone gets their own item and coin drops, and therefor no "stealing", is a key factor.
Great game! Unfortunately I am plagued with the crashing. Here is what I know. iPad retina. Gen 4 Meltdown ver. 1.1 Ios 7.0.3 (I'll try to update and test) 2x coin multiplier I crash 100% of the time. The first time I completed first mission in MP. I was level 6 after that. I then upgraded first gun to 3 points in ammo regen. I put all points down medic line. I then tried to play any mission and could not. I had to uninstall then reinstall. Second run. I played mission 1 solo. I was level 4 when I finished. I put my points into medic again. I had no chips to upgrade weapon. I played mission 2 MP and was level 8 when I finished. I put all points into medic then one into the middle line for 5% damage. I then upgraded 3 points into the first weapon(ammo regen). I then played mission 3 Solo. After that I was 9. I continued down medic line. No weapon upgrades. I then tried to play and crashed. Tried a few more times and crashed still. Solo and MP. I will do some more testing and try the latest ios version.

Upgrading melee weapons would be awesome! I think each should have their own upgrades like guns do, or just a straight line of damage upgrades but the final upgrade gives it a special attribute. Say the Fire Axe could do fire damage Knife could have greatly increased attack speed Chainsaw could have higher critical hit chance Plasma Cutter could do shock damage Battle Wrench could do explosive damage You get the idea. That way they could be upgraded but still be done in a way unique to the guns
Tbh, I don't mind melee as a button, but I'd rather have it as a normal weapon that you could hold constantly, instead of having to press a button. That's probably just me though. I'm having a blast with this game btw.
Yes, I have it. Well acquired it to review, but yeah I'm playing on iPhone 4. Except for some slight lag, the game runs well and controls smoothly...and then crashes every time. But the little bit of the tutorial that I played is awesome (no, seriously). Great animations, cover system and vaulting work well, controls are excellent, wonderful visuals.
Ok so I tried different weapons and still crashed. I reset all weapons and still crashed. I was going to reset skills but did not have enough gold. I updated ios. It is now 7.0.3 . I thought it was 7.0.3 before but the version didn't change. I'll reinstall and do more testing. Edit-- Ok so I did not install yet. I did find out what was crashing the game. I did not realize you could equip 2 weapons plus a melee weapon. I noticed for my second ranged weapon I had chainsaw equipped. So Machine gun, chainsaw and knife. I changed the chainsaw to the shotgun. Game now loads up fine. I tried to switch back to the chainsaw in slot 2 but it only allows the ranged weapons. Soooo I am thinking it bugged out and put the chainsaw in slot 2 since I didn't have a ranged weapon in the slot. Since this configuration is not possible, it crashes.... I am going to reinstall anyhow to test again. Edit 2--- ok so I can confirm that if you equip the chainsaw before you equip a second ranged weapon, it will put the chainsaw in the second slot causing you to crash 100% until you equip a ranged weapon in the second slot instead.
Not always but I like to give the exceptional games the attention they deserve. We've all seen how easy it is for game to get buried and overlooked on the App Store
I stand right there with you, I tried to spread the word of this game in as many popular threads as I could pre-release. Right now this game needs reviews on the AppStore as there are only 9 at the moment. I know that if I look at a game that has 4.5 stars but see there's only like 5 or 10 reviews, I just kinda ignore it. So message to everyone on this thread: Leave a review on the AppStore!
So I'm plagued by crashing also... I also noticed its after I bought the chainsaw, I noticed that making it active did not de-select the knife and suspect that's why it's crashing.
Now that you guys mention it, my problem seems to have started after I equipped the flamethrower as a second weapon. So how do we fix this? Go shotgun in the second gun? Any other way to fix it?
So there doesn't seem to be a way to de-select a melee weapon, and equip only one. I'm pretty sure this is why crashes are happening, and very saddened as I loved shooting to weaken then meleeing!

Multiplayer is amazing, this game is so much fun. Names eillusion got games going all night. Get in fills up quick ^.^ epic game
