Reading the PS4 version reviews, it was a cooperative game that you used your smartphones for to communicate with the gameplay on the TV screen. Not sure how that works if the gameplay is on your phone itself. ROGER-NL Well-Known Member May 21, 2012 4,030 340 83 Male Gamer. THE NETHERLANDS #3 ROGER-NL, Feb 6, 2020 Liking this a lot, looks like a Nintendo game, but it isn’t, but it’s very polished as it is, great fun for a puzzle lover like me, and game enthuesiast. ste86uk likes this. ste86uk Well-Known Member May 9, 2012 6,774 1,000 113 #4 ste86uk, Feb 8, 2020 I was just about to ask if anyone has this and what the feedback is like but your opinion alone on a puzzle game is enough to not need to hear from anyone else! It looks beautiful and very Nintendo like. I hit download now. ROGER-NL Well-Known Member May 21, 2012 4,030 340 83 Male Gamer. THE NETHERLANDS #5 ROGER-NL, Feb 8, 2020 Hope you like it, I’m playing on my Ipad Pro big screen, I can imagine that it is trickier on the small screen but don’t know that for sure. I’m on the second world and it’s great fun. ste86uk Well-Known Member May 9, 2012 6,774 1,000 113 #6 ste86uk, Feb 8, 2020 I’ll give it a shot and see what it’s like, I usually play mostly on my iPhone X since I have it at work and everywhere with me but I’ve still got an old iPad Air 2 I could get out if I need to. Hardly ever touch it these days. ROGER-NL likes this. Dazzlemi Well-Known Member Mar 14, 2010 979 4 18 #7 Dazzlemi, Feb 9, 2020 All the reviews I read said this was a multiplayer game. How does it play single player? ste86uk Well-Known Member May 9, 2012 6,774 1,000 113 #8 ste86uk, Feb 9, 2020 Last edited: Feb 9, 2020 I’m not too far in yet but can say this is a single player game also you can just play through the whole game as one person as far as I can see. I’m playing on my own on the iPhone X and it’s beautiful and the controls and camera are spot on. I can imagine it’s just even more beautiful and bigger on the iPad like roger has, I’d love to see that. But don’t let the multiplayer thing put you off it’s a normal game you can play alone and at your own pace. I definitely can’t wait to play more. When I opened it and got on the first level the map really reminded me of Captain Toad Treasure Tracker, which is a compliment for sure. The gameplay is different to that though. anthony78 Well-Known Member Nov 13, 2015 3,127 703 113 #9 anthony78, Feb 9, 2020 Sounds like it’s completely different than the console game then. Might give it a shot. ste86uk Well-Known Member May 9, 2012 6,774 1,000 113 #10 ste86uk, Feb 9, 2020 I haven’t played the console version to compare sorry. I don’t even know where the multiplayer comes from? From playing this I’m guessing someone controls each side of the screen where it has a blue and a pink instead of doing both you just do one each to work together?
