I had the same problem on my 4s when i played it right after I had updated. After restarting my phone all was fine .
Yeah I tried restart but still crashed. Tried playing again from the first level and that works. Don't know why it wouldn't let me continue from where I left off prior to the update, but as long as it works now I'm good...
Hmm now you mention it. Right after I restarted I also tried the first level again, so that was probably the solution then .
those two things are your brain playing a trick on you Some graphics did get enhanced like the bats more visible, obviously blood spatter added, but not much changes to the backgrounds/surroundings. And the physics didn't change cause that would mean older levels had to be retested
Pff lvl 20 is driving me stark raving mad !! I think I tried it at least 200 times but still I am not able to get past it. So there are 2 possibilities : this game is to dificult or I really suck at playing games. For my own peace of mind I keep convincing myself it must be option 1 ;-)

if you can't get past level 20... I fear the rest of the levels aren't gonna make you much happier first 30 levels are really fairly simple :/
Hmm that's not very comforting ... Probably better of playing angry bird ;-) . And if you take into account that I have been gaming since,my first c64 in 1983 I should probably go sit in some dark corner bowing my head in shame . Oh well enough sobbing for now ! Bring on heroes of loot
haha well Heroes of Loot should be an easier challenge and I hope you also tried Gunslugs! few more weeks and Heroes of Loot will be ready!
Sorry for reviving this thread, but I just got a new phone, tried to play this and it keeps crashing in the first stage (there's also some weird touch detection goin on in the main menu). I'm on an iPhone 6S w/ iOS 9.2.1 Is anyone else having these issues?
Well I guess it's good to know it's not just me... Isn't this on the list of games that's getting updated so it can be 'brought into the future' - or was it one of the titles that's gonna get 'left behind'? **edit** Just found the 'list' on FB, and yes, the plan is for Groundskeepers and Meganoid 2 to get updated next... So... Yay for that!
yes it is on the list! (short list, but also short amount of time for me to work on it) hopefully once Heroes of Loot 2 is launched I'll have some months to work on Gk2 and Meganoid2 possibly it's crashing on gamecenter or something strange like that
