Lost my enthusiam for this one. It seems like every other climber on the market, but I freely admit that I may just not be good enough or a connisour to the point that I can see the difference. I'm also annoyed at buying it the day before it went free and then being surprised with IAPs the next day with the update. From the talk on this thread and comparisons, it sounded like they wanted to compete with doodle and were going to update often with free updates. Clearly that was a misunderstanding on my part. Either way, this is deffinately one of the better jumpers out there, but bird strike and doodle are looking better now that the IAP business model has reared it's ugly head. - Joe

Say what? What's convinced you that updates won't happen often, and that they won't be free? I just updated and it didn't cost me a dime.
I never said updates won't happen often. In fact, I am sure the opposite is true. The game has not been out that long and we've already seen this newest update. Not to mention as was stated above, we can look forward to a significant free update soon. I was referring to buying the complete game with no talk on the forums of buying new characters, etc. And then a day later being offered premium characters as IAPs to a now free game. This isn't a bad business model, and I support games that use it, like Habor Master (in line waiting for apple to approve their next one so I can buy it). My issue was switching the business model right after I got it with no mention of such intent on the thread. The thread indicated lots of new updates were coming and along with the new art for the character to be added on the thread, and that is what convinced me to buy. But as I said before, it plays and looks great. I like the work they've done and look forward to seeing more. I have no complaints about the game or gameplay itself, both are great.
