There's only one bit of constructive criticism I can give. When the two spheres or balls meet, they make a crushing kind of noise. Obviously they mean business. I feel like because the nature of the game is to have them meet together, that it instead, should be a happy noise. So that the player feels like it's more of an accomplishment. Psychologically it gives the player reason to help the two spheres 'meet' together. A lot of the stories that we grow up with; there's a missing part of a couple and when they finally meet with each other again, they're very happy to have found each other. Regardless; I love the game. I can see that a lot of work into it. Fantastic job. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Following is my review: I've only played a few levels so far. A very fun and creative game! I've never seen one like it. I guess you say it is a mix between obstacle and sometimes maze. Basically you control 2 spheres. Your task, is to find 3 stars and reunite them together. You also have the ability to earn new spheres. (Awesome!) The screen is split in half, each with its own controller. At any time, you choose which sphere to move. (The right or left one) sometimes they have very different obstacles. The controller(s) is a pad with an arrow in each corner. You move your finger along the pad to direct or roll the sphere. You also get a nifty save or home point. You decide where in each level. You only get to do it once. (Per level) if you lose a sphere over the edge, or get stuck in an area with a ledge, you click the home button, and back you go. Especially helpful if you need to grab something in an area that you know you can't get out of. Don't let the save points or overall cuteness fool you. It can get quite challenging! And; you can definitely get lost in this game and lose track of time. Meet in the Middle is already a favorite. The noise is actually supposed to be fireworks! Because at the end fireworks shoot out of the players. But now that you said that it totally does sound like crunching! I'll try to find a better fireworks noise and perhaps a more cheery sound to play after it! I'll also work on the fireworks so they look better, right now they're fairly underwhelming! I'll start working on an update now! Your insight was very helpful and I really appreciate you taking the time to write me a review! I'll keep what you said in mind for my next update! TheGreatEscaper Well-Known Member Oct 10, 2014 1,025 22 38 #8 TheGreatEscaper, Oct 29, 2015 Here are some quick imps: The game itself has a pretty cool idea (even if it's not used to full potential) and the split screen works surprisingly well. The graphics are decent for this type of game. The main problem I have is the controls. It's actually quite hard to control the characters precisely. Maybe it's just me not fully understanding the controls but a single joystick for perspective movement doesn't quite provide the precision that's needed in this game. I'd greatly appreciate some other control options if possible in a future update because that's really the main thing stopping me from fully enjoying the game right now.
