      Silly question, buy why would you want an app to measure you cars acc ?
      or am I missing something here :)

      Well an intelligent question deserves nothing but an intelligent answer :) :

      Maybe for a similar reason to why you want to know your car speed. Or maybe for the precise same reason that on your car's information has something like "0-60 mph: 6.0 s" written there...
