Meanwhile by Jason Shiga: it started as a choose-your-own-adventure comic book, became an iOS app, and now it's heading towards Apple TV. On the way home from the ice cream store, little Jimmy discovers a mad scientistÂ’s wonderland: an experimental mind-reading helmet, a time machine, and a doomsday device that can annihilate the human race. Which one would you like to test out first? I'm working through the last bugs, so it should be out by the end of the month. Meanwhile is a pure story game, and it turns out to adapt really well to the Apple TV UI. It's a comic that flows in all directions, and the Siri remote lets you do exactly that -- swipe and go. Or select and go, when you reach a choice point in the story. I've had a lot of fun porting it, and I hope people enjoy it when it ships. I'll drop a note when it does.
