BETA TEST starts now! https://toucharcade.com/community/threads/beta-testers-wanted-avolteha-point-and-click-adventure-high-quality-graphics.313132/page-4#post-4265522 ----------------------------------- Hi there. We would like to introduce you our new project. The Point and Click Adventure does not have a name. It is also too early to name a release date. The Story: Paul is an inhabitant of his planet. The planet consists of mushrooms, grass, sand, rock and volcanoes. The essential water for life is only found in the clouds. Rain and water do not readily exist on this planet. Only a special type of mushroom can produce water. The mushrooms extract the water with the help of their roots. Many years ago the inhabitants of this planet built their city around these mushrooms. Over time the roots began to shorten causing them to rise towards the clouds. In the distress of losing the vital water, Paul and his friends build a system so that water can flow to the city below. There days Paul lives elsewhere in the world. One day he receives a letter for help water has stopped flowing to the city. What happened? Paul goes to search for it on the adventurous journey to the ground. The game is supposed to do without text. All communication is done using animated speech bubbles. some pictures... The backgrounds do look stunning but the style may be an acquired taste? The idea of only using animated speech bubbles is interesting - the character and art style suggest the game should be packed full of quirk and humour, so I guess character dialogue will have to be really sharp and witty. And if it plays well with interesting challenges, situations and an engaging story then there's no reason why it shouldn't be a success. Oh, and you need luck too. Here's wishing you a massive, mountain of good fortune! Suminell.
Wow, looks amazing, reminiscent of aminata design. Hmm, had never heard of Folds before; maybe do more publicity, there is a verrrrrrry large crowd that are into games like this. If you get the word out well, this game could be a huge success.
maybe do more publicity? We had made (search google "Folds Roman Jahn") You can see all our publications of Folds. what we have forgotten?
is this really coming to the world of iOS? really awesome graphics.... love to hear on the release...
I love the look of the graphics. Professionally and artistically done. I personally don't know why there's not enough interest to meet your expectations except that there are just so many apps out there being developed. I'd be happy to give you info about getting more exposure after the game is completed. Just contact and remind me at that time. As for now, it just may be too early. No name. No video. So, you just might not have enough information to really capture everyone's attention yet. You might need to do do some heavy internet searching to find places to announce your game and post progress. But... because sometimes people usually get what they ask for # , you might find yourself so busy convincing people it's a worthwhile game, that you'll end up with less time to work on it. In it's infancy, I wouldn't worry about it. The pictures look great, so really, you'll end up with a lot of fans. You've alrady got me as one. Good luck!!
This is the entire playset. All yellow labels are not yet finished pictures. There is much to be done.
It is a 2d game. The game Figure is in 3d created. Animated frame by frame. Complex images need to the render up to 7 hours!
