Hello everyone! We're aiming to launch DYSMANTLE on iOS within a few weeks so now we're looking for testers to iron out any remaining kinks. DYSMANTLE is a post-apocalyptic open-world action RPG where you ruin everything and craft the tools for survival from the ruins. DYSMANTLE features a distinct bitter-sweet apocalypse not available in competing titles. If you're interested in testing, sign up here: http://eepurl.com/duVs8T We'll draw testers randomly from the pool if the demand exceeds available testing slots.
Awesome!! I have been following the news of the mobile version on discord I and was waiting for your announcement on touch arcade. Exciting, signed up for beta.
Just curious. Is this going to be a fully premium game? Playing beta feels awesome. Just wondering how much time should I invest in it. Also, will I'll be able to keep my progress? This usually varies game by game after removing from TestFlight. Judging by the skill tree there's A LOT to unlock and I wouldn't want to start over again.
Premium game yes. You might be able to keep your progress. The beta versions on Test Flight are usually playable 90 days after the latest update and after that they expire. So you could keep on playing the beta version as long as it is active.
@10tonsLtd how do I run using controller? Playing with touch controls the farther you move the stick from the center the faster you run. Doesn’t work with the controller though. With the controller the character’s speed is fixed (and it’s pretty slow). Is there some checkbox in the settings that I’m missing?
Yeah, I figured it out. I need to hold O (on DS4 controller) to run. So it’s fine now. Still prefer to use touch controls though. For mobile gaming it’s my preferred way to play no matter what game it is. I grabbed controller just for one tomb ride cause I needed to rotate the camera simultaneously with movement which is kinda hard to do if I need to push some buttons as well. After completing the tomb I tried again with touch controls and it worked fine too since I knew what to do already.
You are never really ready for a 10Tons release, but you know you will always enjoy it! I can honestly say I have had the best time in the short amount of time I have gotten to play this one-so different than their usual efforts, but the quality shines through as always. That and it hasn’t kicked my ass right out of the blocks like the shooters have recently .
Started a thread in the release section since this is rolling out now: https://toucharcade.com/community/threads/dysmantle-by-10tons-ltd.422253/
