Doh..you just missed the Cave sale. Check the thread in my signature for recommendation & TA member's favorite Cave games. I'd say get which ever one's on sale..or get Bug Princess 2 first.
Max Payne I guess depending on if uve played it since it's cheaper Aralon - similar to bards tale graphics wise but more Serious and in depth Arum blade is a good 16 bit stlye one along with crimson heart Pocket Rpg is pretty good... Haven't really been able to get into it but I'd still recommend it Bug princess - I recommend this game first since it's the easyiest to play score wise Bug princess 2 I a good sequel if uve played the first If ur looking something more challenging then I guess ddp:r or ESP2 if u have those then ddp:BD
Just did. It's the only TA GOTY from 2011 that I didn't have. Took me way too long to check it out, lol. Hope it's good. Will try it later. Also bought Crow and CRII. Will be getting Illusia 2, Burger Cat, and possibly Total War Battles tonight. I think you'll enjoy the first two DH games. Check them out. I'd wait for a sale though. They go down to $0.99 very often.
How's Midway Arcade? Are most of the games a lot of fun? Not a huge fan of retro, though I like 'em when they're fun games...
Ended up going with this one. Pricey at $3, considering it was free for a bit and a buck at one point, but something about this game just really does it for me. I think it's the closest thing to Left4Dead I've seen on iOS. If it had co-op, that would just send this game over the top. But still, for the price, it's a very atmospheric experience. Wish there were more like it. Thanks for the recommendation.
I think it's the best retro arcade collection for iOS by FAR but I also grew up on these games so I definitely am a little bias The games are super fun and if you feel like it you can buy more packs with more games. For $.99, you can't go wrong with the included games, those ones are my favorite anyways: Joust, Tapper and Rampage are all classic must-haves in my book. If you get it, I hope you like it
Open World Games? looking for fun open world games... & I'm also, most specifically looking for an open world desert themed game plz gimme your suggestions (desert themed or not!) desperate for suggestions here ~thanks!!
I'm looking for an rpg old style, like the classic dungeon master or eye of the beholder. I know grimrock is coming But is there anything out there now like that? Thanks
How does W.E.L.D.E.R. compare to Spelltower? I promised to myself that I wouldn't buy another word app after being disappointed by welder.
I'm pretty surprised there's been no thread for the new Sketch Nation Studio that came out this week. Very little hype.
I owned WELDER and was very pleased with it. Then I saw the update for Spelltower and bought it before this sale hit. I started playing and after a few days, my mind says "WELDER who?". Spelltower IMO is much better than WELDER. If you haven't bought Spelltower yet, it's a steal at $0.99 right now!
Excellent. Imo the best poatformer of 2012 and it says a lot when this year we've seen so many platformers so far.
Wait, that came out? Really old, but Xenome was pretty open world and played like an action RPG. Also, Aralon is really good along with GTA3. If you want more exploration types, check out Waking Mars, Junk Jack and New Orbit
