Are there any good "new" RPGs (JRPGish, turn based, good story, no grinding) that has been released in the last 2-3 months? Currently looking at Alphadia, Eve of Genesis and Symphony of Eternity. Which is the best? Ah, and another important thing: the game should have some kind of journal where i can can keep track of my open quests. I remember when i resumed playing Ash after a long break I didn't know what to do because there was no journal(?!).
Hey guys. Is "Run Roo Run" a good purchase? I'm looking for a fun distraction for those dull moments in the day, and it seems to fit the bill. Plus, I was a fan of 5th Cell's Scribblenauts (who wasn't?).
Thanks for the reply. The critical consensus seems to be that it does what it does very well, and what it does is exactly what I'm looking for. Anyone have Terra Noctis?
I just bought Run Roo Run this morning, it's an extremely strong game for 99 cents. The normal levels are a fun distraction, and the extreme levels are a challenge. It helps that everything takes about 4 seconds to finish.
I'm not a big high score game player so I can't help you there, but some good casual multiplayer games: You mentioned Words with Friends, have you tried the other Zynga games like Hanging with Friends, Chess with Friends, etc. Poker Pals Disc Drivin' Prose with Bros Ticket to Ride (iPad only)
I don't know if u should get RD since it hasn't been updated in over a year. The rendering times are supposed to suck according to there reviews, but you never know. I personally think iMovie is your best bet.
I got it during the sale and have completed ~8 levels. Its pretty fun game with great artwork (depends on taste though). It sounds like especially for fans of platformers, its one of the better games. If you're not a platformer fan, the game sounds like may get repetitive. The game is fun to me and the controls are pretty tight. I do have trouble (as a few have mentioned) in picking out new enemies from the background at times, not for me, its not a big deal once I get used to it. The controls are pretty good (I do have trouble at times when trying to get to the harder to reach platforms). I generally don't like platformers with a lot of hidden areas (personal taste), but this game doesn't feel too big for me so far. Overall, its a pretty solid game for me.. Take a look at all reviews, and while the scores may not agree, they're all pretty accurate to me.
ok i know im about a year late with this but is lego harry potter a good game, i dont really care about the price however its more about the space with me, like how long is it and how big is it uncompressed? and how are the controls, thankyou
The game has a ton of content. As in, think around 20+ hours if you want to 100% the game. Highly recommended. And it's 453 mb uncompressed. Controls are solid too (different "gestures" or drawing on screen for spells, tap where you want to go or drag that direction/ i think there's a virtual d-pad if you want it). Very good game, overall. Also at whoever asked about Terra Noctis: it's probly the best "long platformer" on iOS imo, coming from someone who doesn't normally like long platformers...
Can anyone help me out with the new releases? Looking for a combination of really fun and a good amount of content: Zombie Wonderland 2 (really curious on this one), Cytus (how good of a music game is this one?), Run Roo Run, Star Marine: Infinite Ammo, Woody Woodpecker, and Lunar Racer. Also probly gonna pick up Ice Rage when the update hits and also wondering on W.E.L.D.E.R. and D.R.W.A.P.S. Thanks for any help or suggestions you can give!
I have Zombie Wonderland 2 and Run Roo Run and absolutely love them both. ZW2 is hard at first but once you move along and upgrade your weapons and such, it's gets easier. Fun all the way through though Run Roo Run's regular levels are pretty easy and the extreme levels are super tough but all are ridiculously fun as well. I just gold-starred every level and had a blast!
Looking for a game that is very similar to rimelands. Rimelands is probably one of the few RPG's I got into and actually finished. Is there anything else similar?
Not really anything new, those are probly the best 3 along with ash, I'd just go with which one is on sale I guess Alphadia is pretty good I guess... Theres also crimson gem saga which is 9.99, monster Rpg 2 and Yipe 5 both old and not that great. Vey is from the makers of lunar and is supposed to be good except it's a bad port and no gamepad. Dragon fantasy and guardian saga are pretty good except they're more 8-bit. Missing Brother is a free jrpg, not sure how good it is. of course there ff and ct etc but those are old and ports.. So there's not much really check out fall of angels maybe it's supposed to be a pretty good jrpg, there also some game Chutlu ? or something whisk is supposed to be a new jrpg. Hope that helped....
Hey guys! If you like the concept of WordFeud, and you like RTS games, you should totally get HeroAcademy! if you like it, add me: BashNebula
Has anyone mentioned Charadium yet? It's a fantastic social game that is part Charades, part Pictionary, part Scribblenauts, and ALL AWESOME.
