Token Hero could be nice, but the ads are so intrusive (they pop up in the middle of game play) that the game is ruined. And I could not find any option to pay to remove ads. Deleted, unfortunately, because what little of the game I did manage to play was starting to get fun.
Does anyone know of any good city building games that aren't based on IAP? Kairosoft games always feel stale. I liked Dungeon Story, but that formula gets old quick.
I've got almost $20 to spend, haven't been on the IOS gaming band-wagon for a little while now, so are there any standout games that I should pick up?
Just finished Device 6, REALLY enjoyed it! More and experience than a game. Maybe a little short but really worth sitting down with for an evening. For that matter, anyone have any suggestions for similar games?
Pixel Dungeon: Rebirth was great. I didn't play crowntakers...yet, forums liked it a lot. I can recommend Pixel Duengeons. You Probably should get both. #
Just got an App Store gift card for my birthday, looking for recommendations. I really enjoyed Device 6 recently. Kind of new to the iOS scene, yes I did just develop an iOS game but traditionally I've had android devices, until now! I've also got piloteer and stranded.
Prune? Well, I could sit here and explain how great it is to you...or I could simply say that Pocket Gamer gave it a Platinum Award (and I think I've made it pretty clear how much I dislike Pocket Gamer's reviews generally).
I think prune is easy the best good looking game of 2015 it is also very relaxing you should buy prune
I generally agree with your assessments on games, but I feel like I've been getting burned by strong recommendations lately. I've bought into more than a few high profile games recently, and I've been coming out of them feeling like I wasted my money. Monument Valley, Infinity Blades, Radiation Island, and The Executive immediately come to mind. Whereas others, like Furdemption, Geometry Wars, and Guardian Sword have been stellar. Is Prune more of the same? Or is the message so good that it won't even matter?
A part of me just died reading this. And here goes the other part. Yep, that's it. I'm dead inside now.
I have a iPhone 6+, but it is restricted pretty heavily using AirWatch. So a lot of multiplayer games don't work. My work is giving me an iPad4 that will be for testing and personal use. I will probably using this for Kindle and Netflix while on trips most of the time. But I am looking at the following apps: iPad: Don't Starve Desktop Dungeons Boss Monster Brogue Tinykeep Dungeon of Chaos Northwind The games I have on my phone that I planned on keeping are: 80 Days Card Crawl Cardinal Quest 2 Pixel Dungeon Warhmer 40k Deathwatch Wayward Soul Anything else that isn't already universal I am missing?
My favorite two iOS shooters (Eliminate and Archetype) are no longer on the App Store. Other than those, I don't know is you'll find better online than NOVA 3. Possibly Modern Combat.
My daily basis lately are: -Bastion -The Executive -Fearless Fantasy -Space Marshals -Hero Emblems -Traps and Gemstones -Goblin Sword -Bean Dreams -Super Hexagon -Blek -Wayward Souls -Pills4Skills -The Nightmare Cooperative -Agar.io -Callys Caves 3 -Table Tennis Touch -Capitals -Tiny Wings All of them very very recommended.
Does anyone know of any decent & recent tennis games that I can challenge a friend to play (on a different device)? Thank you!
I'm looking for a game that I can come back to anytime without getting bored. I am generally looking for survival (something similar to don't starve). Can anyone suggest me good games that match what I want? And what about these games : terraria / junk jack x / pixel dungeon / 100 rogues / hoplite ? I can only buy 1 game (Iphone 6).
I'm looking for games similar to: - Legend of Grimrock - Doom RPG - Wolfenstein RPG Basically grid-based dungeon-crawlers with level-up system and equipment. Preferably turn-based (not a fan of Grimrock's semi-real time system), and preferably not sci-fi. Would be nice if it has exterior levels too, since if it's always a dark underground dungeon it gets boring after a while. Don't like perma-death feature.
