I've been out of the loop for months on new games coming out. Any suggestions for time-killing games, preferably with RPG elements? I enjoy a wide range of genres including puzzlers, action, adventure, strategy, etc.

Having a PS4 and never having a Nintendo handheld before, what should I get, a PS Vita or a 3DS?

    Guess what? Classified.

Personally I'd go with Battleheart legacy. It gave me way more hours than goblin sword did.
They are both great games though, but BHL wins in my opinion.

    Banner Saga
    or

    Price aside, which one.

Banner Saga for a much more 'hardcore' or 'serious' game that takes a while to get used to, but for a short n' sweet experience get Space Age

What's a good game to play at work? I'm bored here and Candy Crush just isn't cutting it.

Well what kind of game would you like?
Flop Rocket is really fun, and if you have Internet you could play King of Thieves. Duet is pretty challenging and rewarding...
I could go on forever, so you have to specify what genre you're after.

I myself am looking for a good first or third person shooter that isn't on rails. I really liked Trigger Fist and Star Warfare, except not being able to aim vertically in TF just didn't feel right. I don't really like zombie games though.
    Suggestions would be awesome!

Looking for a game like the Anno series or A realtime Civilization style game. I'm not interested in the actual Anno f2p game that's been released. Anything out there similar? Guess the genre would be a realtime 3-4x game

Really enjoying Wicked Lair? Are there any more GOOD games where you a bad guy setting minions? Prefer for it to not be F2P unless it's doesn't have energy / timers.

Rapture is worth a try. It's ultra hectic but a nice twist on Civ style play (more like Glacon) with realtime short games.

I assume you tried Autumn Dynasty Warlords? Also battle heavy but other systems for spying and light diplomacy.

    Thanks for the reply.

I've had my eye on Rapture. Maybe I'll take the plunge on it. And yes I have played Autumn Dynasty. Looking for more of a management game with some combat as opposed to a combat game with some management. At least that's how AD felt to me.

I loved Tiny Heroes back in the day (couple years ago)... Not sure of the pricing now, then it was a flat price. You set traps for good dungeon crawlers. https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/tiny-heroes/id458645418?mt=8
