Both games are really amazing! I picked up swordigo when it went free and loved it... Oceanhorn is too amazing to put into words and is highly recommended! If you had to go for one... I'd say Oceanhorn first as it's more expensive and you'd be able to pick swordigo up soon anyway! On a final note, if your a fan of the Zelda series, Oceanhorn will make you feel right at home! And it has many MANY hours of gameplay! Hope this helped in some way ~Vexka
I'm looking for games with a great storyline. Something that really sucks you in. Recent games I've enjoyed include: TWEWY Gemini Rue The room (both) The Walking Dead Glyph Quest Dark Meadow: The Pact I also have Oceanhorn and Bastion but abandoned them both early in the games due to boredom (I know these are usually loved by all). I like point and click type controls. I'm never very good at the type of games that use a directional pad in the corner. But if a game is really good, I would be willing to try. I also prefer it not be too hard. I'm a geezer at age 37 (and a woman! Gasp, breaking all the stereotypes and not a hardcore gamer. I like puzzles, adventure, and an occasional turn based game. I do not like sims or strategy games. Platformers are fun for a bit, but I bore easily with them. I started Device 6 last night and it seems promising so far. What else do you recommend? Price point is not a problem.
Phoenix Wright HD Trilogy Chaos Rings 1, Chaos Rings Omega and Chaos Rings 2 (Omega is the prequel to CR1 and CR2 is set in a parallel universe, but it doesn't matter story-wise which one you pick) Drakerider I can't really think of other iOS games with a grest storyline. Perphaps the Infinity Blade games, but in those games the story isn't that important.
Can someone reccomend me some good board/card game type games? I have - Stone Age Ticket to ride Bang! And that's about it.. Here are some games I've tried but don't like - Fluxx Summoner wars Ascension(yes I don't enjoy this game) Some games I've been looking at - Sorcery! Agricola Card Wars :Adventure time Le Harvre ScotlandYard Tikal San Juan War of the roses Catan Girls like Robots Where should I start?
Which final fantasy do you all reckon I should start at!?? Now that they've dropped in price, I was thinking of starting my [personally] anticipated journey into FF I've been looking at FFVI for a while.. So should I start here.. Then where to go from there? Thanks for all help in advance (again, lol)
Any Fun Anime Strategy Games? So with the release of GBA4iOS I have realized why I actually like Pokemon. The art. Specifically I like collecting / seeing different creations. I've liked card battlers in the past, recently Calculords, but most are filled with IAP and I just don't enjoy playing them. The only reason I can stand Pokemon is because I can fast forward and I like Calculords because I am bad at math which makes it a challenge. So, preferably any game with good 2D art and fun gameplay (strategy / turn-based) would be cool. After awhile I got bored of King's Cashing and Puzzle Quest 2. EDIT: So, I guess a game like Puzzle And Dragons, but not a total piece of garbage. That'd be nice.
Hmmm... It's kinda hard to think of games as I don't really know what games you have... (And your definition of a management type game :/Would you by any chance mean a town builder like 'Clash of Clans' where (you know!) you build and manage your town against attacks? Or more like a 'Tiny Tower' sort of game where you manage your own tower, or 'Pocket Planes / Trains' where you manage you own Plane / Train lines!?? Not sure, just a thought of what it might be The only real western style RPG I know of is 'Six Guns' by gameloft which is a FTP adventure (lots of FREE ROAM which you might like! I know I do!) RPG game (which also has multiplayer.. Don't get excited though... It kinda REALLY sucks..! ) which I have played with for many many hours (deleted / installed / and again!) I don't know how much help I've been, but I thought it'd be better to start helping others than ask "is it worth getting..." All the time
Haha, by western RPG he means something like Aralon or Ravensword (or Skyrim on consoles). At the moment, the best ones are: Aralon: Sword and Shield Ravensword Ravenswors: Shadowlands The Shadow Sun There's also the 3rd person action RPG/RTS/castle defense hybrid "Heroes & Castles" (which is amazing btw) If you've already played all those... Then I suggest waiting for Battleheart: Legacy in April and Aralon: Forge and Flame in the summer
Don't worry... I'll facepalm myself for you *FACEPALM* (what was I thinking!!??) Anyway Ravensword: Shadowlands was an awesome game, though I didn't seem to play it much after I'd finished the game...
I'm picking up a Steelseries Stratus today. What games should I absolutely play with it? (Have an ipad mini retina) Are the "older" console-quality games supported, such as GOF2HD, Aralon, Order&Chaos Online, NOVA series etc?
I hated nova and loved MC4, order and chaos is fun and lots of people like it but games like that don't really hold my attention, and aralon is really fun, depends if you like online/offline, actually get order and chaos it gets really fun
I have a strong desire to buy one of those bridge constructor physics games. The two on my radar that I'm considering are Brodge Constructor and Bridgy jones. My question has two parts: 1) which one of those should I get; & 2) is there any others I should be considering? This isn't a genre I'm familiar with, but the idea intrigues me...so I'm leaning towards Bridgy Jones. That one seems like it may be a better entrypoint to the genre, as it looks much more casual (and it gets a 5-Star on TA so hey).
Bridge constructor is starbucks POTW at this moment. If you can wait patiently i might pm you a code for it.
