There's Lvln which people liked. Also Loot Hero. But I would just wait for the 2.0 update that adds 3 new characters
Ok guys. I have $24 credit on iTunes. I'm looking for games on the ipad air that keep me engaged the whole time I'm playing or gives me an incentive to come back to it. I also love match 3 and chain reaction games, Letz and Treasure of Montezuma (1-3) being my top favs. Genres I love: Loot style (Loved Pocket RPG!) Rougelike (Binding of Isaac) Match 3 (in the style of Bejewled but needs to have the potential for lots of chain matches and combos, awesome powerups, and possibly a huge game board!) Chain reaction (um...like Kamekaze Pigs! Or something like that.) RPGs (possibly like Elder's Scrolls, non-KRPG, lots of quests but not The Quest) JRPGs (like Final Fantasy or maybe even Secret of Evermore) That'll probably give me enough to waste my money on haha. Thanks!
Check out these: Heroes of Loot Hero Siege Slayin' 1000000 SpinSafari Alien Hive Zenonia (only the first and the second) Chaos Rings Aralon: Sword and Shield Ravensword Ravensword: Shadowlands
Got a $15 GC. Anything goes. I'm using an iPod touch 5th gen. What do you recommend? Leaning more towards games that have been released in the last couple of weeks.
Not recent: Heroes and Castles Monster Adventures Block Fortess Recent: Meltdown Battle Supremacy Castle Doombad Super Splatform Hoplite Heroes of Loot Hero Siege Duet Game Boson X Oceanhorn Neon Shadow Epoch 2 Colossatton There's a good range of games to check out
I've got Neon Shadow (didn't like it) Super Splatform (didn't like it) Heroes and Castle (day 1 purchase) Block Fortress (day 1 purchase) Monster Adventures (free today) Some games I own that I also enjoy to some extent: JJX Beat Hazard Ultra TTL2 Cytus Plague Inc, Starborn Anarkist Tiny Thief SSG2 Joe Danger Touch Rayman Jungle Run Kairosoft games FIFA 13 / 14 Among a few others. --- I'm very interested in these titles though: Battle Supremacy Castle Doombad Oceanhorn Would they do well on my iPod touch 5th gen? I'm not gonna buy a new iOS device yet, because I just recently got myself a Macbook Air to replace my old laptop. Thanks for your suggestions, greatly appreciated!
Oh yes JJX is a great one! And I can't believe I forgot Starborn Anarkist! Silly me! And I know that Oceanhorn and Castle Doombad run fine, but I'm not sure about battle supremacy. You might wanna check the battle supremacy thread. I'm sure it runs fine, just with lower res graphics (I'm pretty sure iPod 4 works with the game even). There's considerable heat up for it on all devices though Also: Kings League Odyssey (since you like sim games) Don't shoot yourself Dead effect
Ben playing King's League all night now. That one really got me hooked. Als downloaded Castle Doombad and got Joe Danger Infinity as its priced dropped to .99 (but I'm already regretting the purchase) King's League really messed up my schedule now. Lol. Thanks again! I'll check in on Oceanhorn in the next couple of weeks, after I've cleared out some of my backlogs (god, from the term itself, playing sounds pretty much like a chore already with all these dozens of games)
Is XCOM playable on 5s with very minimal crashes? I'm about to settle in for an afternoon of laziness and I don't want to be frustrated after dropping $20.
The best place to look at is the actual forum thread for the game. Just go to the search bar and search "XCOM" But from what I've heard there's almost no crashes and it runs quite smoothly
I'm looking for a good solid mmorpg to replace o and c since I can't fit it on my phone. I like action RPGs too but want more immersive gameplay. Love ninth dawn and etc. any reccomendations for this rpg/mmo fanatic?
There's some great RPGs that fit the description but they're not MMOs. Check: The Shadow Sun Ravensword Shadowlands Aralon Sword and Shield Reminder: These are not MMOs
A great puzzle game - OUTWITTERS I think that you would love Outwitters. It is actually a turned-based 1-on-1 or 2-on-2 strategy game against humans and arranged by level, but each turn is definitely a puzzle. You have up to 4 days to take your turn. There are 4 races and each race has one special character. Playing 2-on-2 with mixed races gets very interesting. For example, one player could teleport his partner's man into position to bomb the opponents. There is something very satisfying about learning the game and being promoted to harder opponents. Also the game has incredible depth because the opponents learn from each other. Quick tip: If you plan on moving a scout, move it first and study the board before making any other moves, so you can see what the opponent has been up to. Doug Full disclosure: I have no financial interest in this game, but I love playing it and want it to continue.
