This isn't the game I was thinking of, but have you tried Saturday morning rpg? It's a western rpg with a comic booky feel, if by western you mean not in Japan/Korea.
My favorite western rpg is the quest it's an oldschool fps rpg with a ridiculious amounts of depth. There's also aralon, ravensword shadowlands, mission Europa collectors edition, infinity project 2, galaxy on fire 2, undercroft, 9th dawn, and doom 2 rpg are some western openworld RPGs that I play there's more I know an will look into it for you. I can't stand j or k RPGs as well so I know the feeling of hunting for a good western rpg.
Have enough for one 0.99 and one 1.99 game Slayin or Heavy Sword? & Perfect Balance Collection or Incoboto Mini?
Forgot Silversword, Avernum: The Pitt, Avernum 6, Avadon, Shrouded: The Patheon Cycle and Questlord. Those are all worthy mentions if you are looking for a western RPG experience. I too share the same opinion J/KRP's as I just can't play them anymore, I have been in subgenre fatigue for the past five years now. I still try them but I still find that I can't stand them anymore...
Heavy Sword had mixed reviews initially so I would definitely check the thread to see if they fixed the controls issues on that one. Most will note that it is a game salad made game and arrives some of the trademark issues intrinsic to that engine. Slayin is an easy pick for me, the game is fun and warrants the one more play vibe quite nicely. I loved Incoboto so I'm also impartial to that as well! Perfect Balance is very fun if you are into that style of game as well. I almost forgot I own it until I looked it up the lightbulb clicked! So my must own of those are Incoboto and Slayin, with Perfect Balance in tow and Heavy Sword dead last... I wanted to love Heavy Sword, but controls and being super short make it a pass IMO.
Cant spend my $10 Please suggest some good games that is worth my $10 budget I like paid games but IAP are totally unnecessary Im ok with almost all genre
King of Dragon Pass cost $10 and if you are interested in that kind of games, it will keep you occupied for a month at least.

I'd Say you should look at the quest it's been my favorite iOS game seance 2009 and nothing has passed it yet.

You've pretty much already mined out the mother lode with that lot; you'd be hard-pressed to find much more in the app store than that. However, you could always look at Megara Entertainment's gamebooks Keep of the Lich-Lord and Fabled Lands II.
