I'd really like to know about Dink Smallwood HD too; but doubt we'll get an answer due to the age and low popularity of the game. It looks promising anyway. If you get Dink Smallwood please report back.
I've been playing it for an hour or two now, so far it's quite good. The graphics are a lot better than I expected and the movement feels fine, with the default dpad anyway. It seems to be quite a large game and I've died a few times already. Only two things to fault really: I will come unstuck if I leave it a few days before playing again, as it seems to rely on memory for what you're supposed to be doing. Secondly, while there is an auto save and quick save for leaving and returning to the game, when you die you can only load back to a proper save point. I think it was worth it.
I tried the lite version for each. And both are awesome and unique. Slingshot is definitely more of an involved game and the mechanics are super tight. But Draw Race 2 seems to have more variety and more content. And by Redlynx So still not sure which to get
Depends. Legends is comparable with both iPhone and iPad, however the vanilla version is the former. They have no differences from what I can tell. If you're on the edge about it, the sequel should be out soonish, and it's looking awesome!
This is one of the many reasons people should be buying Cubemen 2: https://www.dropbox.com/sc/zh3kiobcsvylnmc/vc-2B09Uf0 It's only been out a week.
+1 to recommending Cubeman2, it's a good game that's flaw was being released the same week as a slew of other good games. Cubeman2 is well worth the low asking price. Thank you for the Dink Smallwood impressions; I've bumped it up a bit on my "to get" list. It looks great and sounds worth it.
So i love minecraft (I play daily) but haven't actually got anything the decently replicates it on iphone basically, the question is minecraftE or survival craft? is it clear cut or are there advantages and disadvantages for both
If you have an iPod touch 4G or lower, MCPE will run infinitely better than Survivalcraft and will end up being more fun. However if you have an iPhone 4 or later, get Survivalcraft. It's better than MCPE in every way.
Have a 16 hour flight coming up. Best games to get through it? Already have Kingdom Rush Frontiers and Ace Attorney Trilogy, just looking for something else to round out my options.
Is Bridgy Jones worth getting? The forum impressions are really good but my experience with these kinds of games is that they can get repetitive. Do the later levels get more get trickier/more complex beyond just placing bridge struts? I read there are ropes and concrete blocks...
Lol i tickle myself sometimez Start with ExZeus 2 Battle3d 2: Iron Punch SuckerPunch A Mech Gunner Metal Slug 3D: Metal Slugger Trample Elite
Get into a space team! If you are looking to for some serious multiplayer fun, I recommend, SPACETEAM!
I'm not actually very far into the game, but I've already seen a level that involves rolling a rock into water to raise the height of the track and several levels that have toll booths you have to activate in order to raise a barrier. You have control over the train's movement, so some levels require you go to forward a little to activate a toll or something, then back to collect an extra wagon, etc. The objectives are also quite fun: Complete a level using a certain amount of materials, a certain number of anchor points, collect the bone located somewhere in the level, don't let any crates fall off the train and so on. I've also played a bonus level which required me to build a ramp and launch a certain distance.
If you like 16-bit style star trek like real time strategy games, then yes. It's definitely a fun game, especially if you don't go into it with the same expectations everyone has had based on prior claims of its intended functionality.
This weekend there are some defent sales: Alien Shooter $2.99 (from $4.99) Palm Kingdoms 2 Deluxe [iPad edition only] $0.99 Also with Kingturn Plus, a sequel, coming out Thursday there's not better time to get Kingturn. Those will probably never be on sale.
