Order and chaos is WoW for ios, vendetta online is a space shooter mmo that's regarded highly. Other than that i think it's slim pickins, I haven't played an mmo I like since DCUO tho so I'm not the best reference.
Bot I've enough credit for a .99. Latest purchases are slayin, king cashing 2, and game dev story... All great. Just looking for a dollar time killer for in between maybe. Other than that I work 76 hours a week to pay for tuition; depending on my over time I get to eat dominos take out once a week. High life there lol.
Payong off student loans for the next 30 years is no fun either; as hard as it is you're doing yourself and any future family a huge favor. What sort of games do you like?
Took a little nap sorry. I like anything that has a good meta to it. Some sort of perm progression whether it is veiled under a surface or not. I'm the guy who loves battlefield, then I unlock everything and my interest passes. I love plants vs zombies, with the same issue. Maybe that's not what I'm expecting with a dollar app, but I'm looking for something to swap back and forth with.
Pocket God I quite like the look of Pocket God but the sequel on the iPad has a great deal less episodes than the original iPhone version. Is this (the first) worth playing with the 2x zoom?
Ok I played slayin and hackycat. Hackycat is ok but not a big fan of slayin. I like games with a bit more story but that also have an ending. Don't like endless games or whatever, thinking of picking up nihilumbra, or any recommends. I've only been playing ipad games for like a couple months so it can be something older but awesome. Just beat little inferno and I'm still playing swordigo.
Ok looking for some more recommends. I'm going on vacation soon so I need to stock up on games as I might not have Internet access where I'm going. Nihilumbra is pretty good.
Star Command! Dark Avenger is ok - basically a simplified, shallow Diablo 3 clone. Only one character class to play right now though. But it's free, so...
Have block fortress, I'm taking a break from it for now. Ill look into rh2 on TA here and probably pick it up. Wish I had an iPad, I'd overbudget on baldurs gate enhanced edition hands down. Loved it when it first came out. I bought it on steam but I found out after writing papers I get sick of sitting in front of a computer quickly.
Quite a few freebies in addition to Star Command: Dark Avenger, LSW The Yoda Chronicles, Angry Birds Friends, and Haunted Hollow (released again). Heads Up! from the Ellen Show also came out. Pretty cool party game and already number one on the paid charts.
I think if you're not expecting what they originally promised, it's pretty good. It could use some improvements, mainly in the overall flow of the game - it sometimes seems to drag on. The tutorial also doesn't explain everything, so some guesswork is needed, but nothing that kills the game (at least for me). Maybe $2 would have been a better price, but I've been having a lot off fun with it so far (completed three missions).
