Swordigo? More of an adventure type than action type though.

In case you haven't tried it already, there's Battleheart. Legendary Wars (and its companion, Monster Wars) is more strategy/tower defense than RPG, but it has some RPG elements.

Plus a couple that I've heard good things about but have yet to play much (or at all):
    Battleloot Adventures
    Knights and Dragons
    Kingdom Rush
    Mage Gauntlet
    Knights of Pen & Paper
    Twin Swords
Superbrothers: Swords and Sworcery (currently on sale from $4 to $2)

I enjoyed Nameless: The Hackers RPG. It can get to a point where grinding negates story progress, however.

Bar Oasis 1/2 are pretty enjoyable and have good storylines as well. These are much more text-heavy. It's a bartending simulator. You have to juggle your patrons and use a recipe book to serve all types of drinks. Try Bar Oasis 1.5 for free if it sounds up your alley.

Any suggestions for a good deckbuilding game like Ascension with a reasonable KI and offline play? How is Nightfall?

I'm trying to decide between NFS: MW and Asphalt 7. They're both arcade racers and I'd PREFER to only get one due to the huge amount of space they take up on my iDevice, so I'd love the TA community to help me decide ^^

Looking for a good J/RPG game that costs about 99c. Also, I might be the only one who hasn't played this yet but id appreciate some thoughts on Cut the rope. I downloaded Contre Jour and I'm wondering if Cut the Rope is maybe a better or similar experience, thanks. :D

I enjoy Nightfall as much as Ascension, it's an easy recommendation. :)
It has a steeper learning curve though, so be prepared to feel confused at the first few games. Once you get the hang of it, it's really fun and strategic.

I understand budget limitations but if you want a GOOD JRPG game then you'd likely have to pay more than $0.99 for it. Occassionally Kemco has a $0.99 sale and those are well worth picking up but otherwise I'm hard pressed to recommend a JRPG so cheap. The only current $0.99 app that stands out as a quality JRPG is ASH. Fall of Angels ($3.99), Cthulhu Saves the Wolrd ($1.99), Lunar Silver Star Story ($6.99) are other examples of quality JRPGs. If you're into action oriented KRPGs then AurumBlade is free.

What Undeadcow said. Also, Adventure Bar story is on sale for 99c. great JRPG, with lots of cool secrets and items. You might want to check that one out too, I really like that game.
And CtR is a fun puzzler, it's well worth your buck.

Looking for a fun endless runner - I already have Subway Surfers, Temple Run, Temple Run 2, Temple Run Brave, and Temple Run Oz. What endless runner should I get?

@Allen95 Cut The Rope is a really fun puzzle game. I highly recommend it considering it's only a buck.
