As far as RTS goes, I'm a fan of recommending Eufloria and Autumn Dynasty. Red Conquest is pretty sick, too. None of those are much like what you listed, but they're all great RTS titles.
I've been a bit out of the loop as far as new releases go. Any new 99 cent games from this week worth grabbing?
Spunk and Moxie is currently on sale for 99c, and is an absolute must. It's an auto-run platformer, one of the best I've played.
Hey people: games similar to the old Double Dragon, Final Fight or Crows Zero movies? You know, "me vs. the neighbourhood." Thanks!
Those are all good games. I second 10000000. 100 Rogues is most likely to go free again in the future (due to history and optional IAP for characters). Mage Gauntlet will probably never drop in price (Rocketcat keeps prices steady) so if you are interested there's little reason to wait.
Due to job commitments I haven't played any iOS game for ages. Basically I missed all releases of the last months. So I am looking for fresh stuff. To give you an idea of what I (might) like i list the last games I bought the last few days (haven't played all of them yet) Devil's Attorney Knights of Pen & Paper Tentacle Kingdom Rush Plague Inc. Nihilumbra Year Walk The Walking Dead Assault Beastie Bay Especially Year Walk impressed me. I like the atmosphere, the lore, the puzzles. It creates a very special mood I've only experienced with a handful of games. Waking Mars or Sword & Sworcery are two that come to my mind. Any suggestions?
Telltale's The Walking Dead sounds like something you'd enjoy. Actually, it's most difficult not to enjoy. It's that good.
I don't own an iPad, unfortunately. The Walking Dead is very, very good. I already played it on the PS3.
Hey are the chaos rings games worth it? and if they are, which one should i get? what about ff dimensions? is chaos rings better or worse? thanks
Final Fantasy Dimensions is great; I love it. You can download it for free to try but the full price IAP unlock is pricey so I'd advise waiting for a potential sale. At a minimum Square Enix seems to have an annual holiday/new year sale. I also think they have select sometimes discounts when they release new games. It's hard to compare FFD and Chaos Rings directly. Chaos Rings II is better regarded but you might want to start with the first for continuity/plot sake.
