Are the following games worth getting? Golden axe streets of rage shining force gunstar heroes final fight
No. I've only played SoR and Final Fight, but the quality of most of the Sega iOS ports (excluding Sonic CD, that one is incredible) is below par.
Elder Sign: Omens Is there ANYTHING else of quality like Elder Signs: Omens out there? All recommendations welcome, hopefully something from the strategy/board game genre, but anything similar in theme interests me as well.
Games like The Room, Lume, Tiny Bang Story or Machinarium?? I am typically drawn to the "pick up and play" style game, but lately my wife and I have become addicted to the more detailed puzzle type games. Our most recent obsessions have been: The Room Lume Tiny Bang Story Machinarium Are there any other quality games that are similar to the above? Thanks in advance.
Definitely Ravensword 2,and SimCity-it has a poor rating but it's fun,and to place the electrical lines turn off automation for them-it won't work if that happens. And the sims ambitions has te most stuff besides the sims freeplay, but you need Internet for freeplay. A good FPS is Modern Combat 4,or NOVA 3. GTA Vice City is fantastic but laggy on a fourth gen iPod to my knowledge, and GTA 3 is fine, but it isn't full screen on iPod/iPhone 5-and it won't have any effects on those devices for some reason. Order and Chaos online is a fun MMO with a lot of players across multiple servers and there is no monthly fee anymore-there used to be but they got rid of it that's all I can think of right now
What type of RPGs do you prefer? QuestLord just won TA's Game of the Week, Dungelot is a recent roguelike-ish game, Fall of Angels is a great indie jrpg...
im considering to buy battle academy, battle of the bulge, ffIV? what do you gys think about these? are they worth it? any others i should consider?
Maybe Ghost Trick. https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/ghost-trick-phantom-detective/id489113377?mt=8 The first couple of chapters is free to play.
I'm goin to be out of town for an extended period of time. I'm looking for a fun, lengthy, story driven RPG. Turn based or action is fine as long as its fun.
Well Rayman 2 does exist on iOS, it's just a horrible port. Really the only good 3D platformer that I know about is Crazy Hedgy, most everyone round these parts is a pretty big fan of that one. And most everyone hates the Rayman 2 port.
