Yep, I beat the first Chaos Rings but i'm holding back on getting Omega since most reviews say that it's the same game with differentt characters. Hoping Chaos Rings 2 supports 2G devices! I have Pocket Legends but my router's acting up so no online games for now. n_n I'm currently playing Quest Runner which I'm not enjoying that much cause of the dull gameplay; Aesthetics wise, it's good though. Got bored of Mage Gauntlet because it's more of a casual game than an RPG.. T.T
I hated Hook Champ Lite, but ended up buying it anyway and now the series is one of my favorite on iOS. So don't get discouraged if you don't like the lite, the game is much more enjoyable once you upgrade your stuff. The best 'lite' version could be just paying a buck for Hook Worlds and deciding if you want the other games. All are must haves in my book.
KINECTIMALS, Galaxy on Fire HD, Black Ops Zombies, Dead Space (MUST HAVE), Order & Chaos, The Bard's Tale... All of these show the power of the iPhone 4S
IB2, Battleheart, and TTL are my top three from that list. Eternal Legacy is awful. Chaos Rings is a great JRPG, and should fit your bill just fine.
Exactly the 3 I would have recommended as well. Well, maybe not IB2 since I haven't played it, but it obviously must be somewhat great if it made it into the 2011 GOTY poll.
I have no idea why IB is still recommended. After playing out the first, the gameplay is simply dull.
There are two games I've noticed to be very popular. One is old and one is newer. Charadium, why is it suddenly becoming so popular around here and what do you have to do in it? Dungeon Raid, it obviously has to be good, but what kind of it is, not sure if I would like it(not a fan of rpg and I sometimes likes match-3) Also, which ones to get? Battleheart Dungeon Raid SpellTower Spider: Secret of Bryce Manor Super QuickHook
Battleheart for sure. I must admit, I havn't played any of the others, but I checked them out and they don't look as good as Battleheart. Battleheart is an awesome game which has a lot of gameplay and is good fun! Must buy for every gamer
Super Quickhook if you like endless runners, and Spider if you like.... What you see in the screenshots, I guess. Can't really describe Spider, but both games are extremely good.
Charadium is pretty fun. I used to play the first one and I didn't even know there was a second Anyways, Charadium is pretty much like Pictionary. You'll be playing online against a few other people. You'll get a word and you have to try and draw it and everyone else has to guess what word it is. Then it's someone else's turn and you have to guess what they're drawing. And from your list, I'd get Battleheart and Super QuickHook.
For those who have played Lumi, is it fun and worth the download? It's on sale and the graphics/artwork look amazing but wanted to hear some feedback from people who actually have it.
Found this: http://www.148apps.com/reviews/lumi-review/ And this thread with another amazing video from Sanuku: http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?t=118436 I'm interested in this one, also. Would love to hear from anyone who has played it on iOS.
So I pretty much have all of them, huh? Considering I have a 2nd gen, that eliminates a lot of the games I don't have
Cartoon Wars: Gunner (Can't find a link for it, because of how old it is) and Paladog http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/paladog/id415458476?mt=8 Both of these run perfect on 2nd gens, and they both have lite versions.
I was wondering if Bumpy Road was worth it too you guys. It was listed in the toucharcade buyers gide and it was one Jared and Brad's 5 favorites of the year and I was wondering if it was any good, even though toucharcade staff obviously think that it is
If you're a big fan of endless runners, then yes, it's likely worth getting. If you don't really like endless runners or don't like the style of endless runner Bumpy Road is, don't get it.
