If you want yet another tower defence game I'd get it. I didn't like it but I'm seriously sick of TD games.

Hm, has anyone tried 100 Trials? Noticed it's a buck right now, so wondering if it's worth it.

Thanks, I only need one TD game, and I think this will be it!

Good choice. Trust me, in a sea of TD games, KR is easily the best.

    for iPad 3

Battle for Wesnoth, Uniwar HD, Mechowars... pick 1!

More of a newbie to the genre so don't want to be way overwhelmed. But don't want something too easy

For me..no. No previous experience with Monster Hunter so this feels like a clunky version of Infinity Blade to me.

I'm personally a fan of Uniwar. Great game with a pretty active online community. Get it if you want a strategy game with online multiplayer.

Wesnoth and Uniwar are both great games. I would say for a beginner to go with Uni because the tutorial is excellent and easy to follow and the maps stay a reasonable size. However, if you are looking for a good story and something to sink tons (and I mean tons) of time into, go with Wesnoth. Personally, although I like both, I prefer wesnoth.

What are people's opinions on dangerous, the free roam space game. Sounds pretty good, but apparently there are some problems with clutter on the iPhone.

Edit: Also, Earth and Legend looks alright. How does that compare to Aralon (which I spent quite a bit of time with)?

    Hello all,

A lot of people borrow my iPod, and it sucks that they can't replay most of my completed puzzle games. Anyone have suggestions for memoryless, pick-up-and-play games that can be played in intervals of 3-15 minutes at a time? (Memoryless meaning you basically start from scratch each time).

Granted, this may skew the suggestions to more casual games, but I don't mind. I'm on iPod touch 3G, 64GB, OS5.1.

These are my favorites of the bunch in the category:
    - Dungeon Raid
    - Tilt to Live
    - Flight Control
    - Forget-me-not
    - Super Crate Boy

    Also got these:
    - Doodle Jump
    - Bejeweled (new version)
    - Fruit Ninja
    - Traffic Rush
    - Jetpack Joyride
    - Temple Run

    Thanks all!
edit: hm, realized there's a lack of puzzle games here. If you have suggestions which fit the criteria, please give them as well. :)
