How much money do you have/want to spend and what sorts of games do you want? I can recommend some good ones depending on the above conditions.

OOOKKK... any good RTS games that are cheap? I'm a huge noob when it comes to TBS games, so I'm looking for a good one for beginners.

Also, are Duke Nukem and Crusade of Destiny worth a buck? I like open world RPG's and old-school FPS games. Especially Duke Nukem.

Warfare Inc. Is 99cents and has online multiplayer, level packs, and campaign. Well worth it.

How is it on beginners? If it's any good on complete noobs, I might get it.

I also enjoyed the lite version of Rise of Lost Kingdoms and I've heard really good things about Red Conquest. How are those?

And how is the story in Space Miner? I've decided to take a serious look at it, and I'm considering it right now. How is it for someone who isn't a huge fan of Asteroids games, but loves RPG's and a good story?

Somerandomdude, have you played Uniwar? It is very good for beginners.

For any Touchy Arcadian out there:
How much is there to unlock in Drift Sumi-e?

Yeah, I got that game when it first came out. It was awesome and still is. But that's a Turn Based Strategy (which i already have 3 of btw), and I was looking for a Real Time Strategy, which I have none of. Nonetheless, Uniwar is awesome.

And I know absolutely nothing of Drift, but it's a buck and looks pretty fun. If you're into that kinda game, $1 isn't a huge loss.

Oh. SRD, I just read that you were looking for a strategy game. I didn't read which kind, sorry!

I have a completely irrelevant idea: I think some big developer such as Activision, Rockstar or Ubisoft should put their biggest selling game for $1 or free for about 1 hour and tell a site like this, so we can all gloat about it!

Oh lol don't worry about it. I've been trying to get into some RTS games for a while now, starting with the PC War/StarCraft games (which I'm awful at).

I don't know about those other games, but I would say that Warfare Inc is rather average difficulty wise. There are actually difficulty settings for each mission, that range from easy to hard. Easy mode isn't all that challenging. The game isn't overly complicated either, and intuitive controls make it very playable.

Hmm... I'm thinking on it now. There's a ton of RTS games out there, and I just want to pick the right one. This is definetly a consideration of mine now though, and I wasn't even looking at it before.

And I'm also now taking a look at Plants vs. Zombies. I'm enjoying the flash demo that's on PopCap's website. How much stuff is there in the full version?

    Also is Doodle Army good?

Doodle Army is very good. Have you played the flash game wpnfire? It has a doodle as a character and a ton of weapons. Doodle Army is like that, but better.

All 3 good games you want lmao. I have been enjoying all 3. At first I didn't think I would like Space Miner..ended up liking it. PvZ..crazy addicting. GTA..just plain fun haha. I can't wait for Pro Zombie Soccer as well.

Also buying Doodle Army in a sec.

Good choice. I demo'd PZS, and it's one insane game... You really need to pick that one up when it comes out.

And I got a no the first time around for GTA, but that's because I was unclear about some of the areas my parents were concerned about, and I didn't want to say "No, that's not in the game" and then find out it is, only to have my parents mad at me. So I'll try again at my next best opportunity, since I have to find the right way to approach it.

As for PvZ and Space Miner... I'm really tempted. I really liked the flash demo of PvZ, but it felt like a pick-up-and-play kinda game. Does it save automatically between levels? If so, i think I'll go for it. Space Miner... just seems really fun, even for someone who doesn't like Asteroids. I like the whole license system in the game, and it's really making it hard for me to say a definite no.

Yea PvZ saves everytime you finish a level. Space Miner is great and so is GTA.

You should pick them all up if you can.

300M in the first level of Doodle Army...lmao so fun..

Crap... dude you're good at DA... I got the game shortly after release and I'm still at about 300M... Why is this one of the games that doesn't have a save file I can edit...

And I think I might buy the 2 games... it's killing me...

Alright... it's a tough decision which to go for first. Lol, I think I'll force myself to hit the "Buy" button, even if I don't really want to. Just because I've never heard a single bad thing about either game.
