I question some of the games you don't like (OK, one, Storm in a Teacup), but I have yet to be disappointed by your favorites! On subject, who has Feed Me Oil? How is it and how does it look without retina? It's got decent reviews, but I rarely buy without everyday consumer input as well.
Its one of those games that retina really does not matter, kind of like tiny wings. The art style just does not require it, and I feel i have to focus on an object for a long time to even feel like there are jagged edges that do not belong.
What's it's normal price? When i search itunes it says 4.99 but when i click on it to see the description and screenshots it says 0.99....Is it on sale? or some itunes error?
Can't wait for this Wednesday night..so many releases already scheduled to come and possibly (hopefully) even some surprises as well.
About two weeks from the beginning of summer as well. Can't freaking wait for FFT. Please let it make the deadline this time. Pleaseeeee.
Hm... I didn't know MUSE was that close to completion! So what other releases should there be? 1bit Ninja and dream:scape are my most wanted, are there any others I should take note of (besides FFT and other far-away titles, of course)?
Just downloaded Puzzle Agent (Lite) on my computer and got a pleasant surprise when both my iPad and iPod flashed up messages inviting me to turn on automatic downloads to my devices via wi-fi. I heard it was announced, but wasn't expecting it right now. Thought it might be in a future OS upgrade. Very cool.
Nope icloud was supposed to start today. Starting to see its features all over itunes now and already did on the ipod.
Could you recommend me the best 2D retro beat em up on the AppStore. I was thinking about getting Streets of Rage, the game is .99 at the moment
X-Men is pretty sweet. It was local wi-fi multi as well. Its 3 bucks. Final Fight is really good too. That comes with the Capcom Arcade so you can try it out for free.
IMHO, Streets of Rage 2 is the best of that series - you should also look at Final Fight in the Capcom Arcade, it's running in a much better emulator (and is also an excellent old beat em up game!)
Whaa, Final Fight on iPhone?! How did flew past me?! I haven't played Streets of Rage and I would really like to start with the first one. Will I miss anything if I don't? Thanks folks, Streets of Rage series and Final Fight should keep me playing for quite some time. Are there any good Golden Axe versions?
