If you like TBS, this is as good as it gets. Just looked at this week's featured chart by Apple..wow. I don't think I remember such a bad list of games in the past year. Just crap after crap..meh. Glo Flo is GotW..that's really something. And when did Doodle God get back into the top 10..'wow' again. On the bright side, First Touch Soccer is awesome. Turns out, that's not even on the featured list..
a good rpg i have seen so many rpg's not many of them really stick with me, any rpg's you think i wont know about ps. zenonia and battleheart are my favorite rpg's
Seriously? My first thought when I saw that game was that Capcom's quality threshold for publishing games was sure dropping. I tried Color Collider on a whim and it was a huge disappointment (lacked polish, and just felt low budget all around). I can't imagine Glo Flo would be much better.
I totaly agree. WTF did Doodle God go free or something. I played it for about 30 mins and deleted it. FTS and FForever are the only halfway decent game. Spider jacks is O.K but you can just play cut the rope. Piclings is just plan horrible. I really need to pick up Order and Chaos but i told Myself I would never buy a Gameloft game until the price drops all because of Starfront that I still have not played.
I put together a list of "essential" apps and games for my friends and family who just got iPads: http://cubiclemuses.com/cm/articles/2011/05/03/my-ipad-app-recommendations/ In brief, the list of games includes: Uzu (1.99) Not really a “game”, but entertaining and magical regardless. Should come pre-installed. Osmos (4.99) Scrabble (9.99) Carcassonne (9.99) Pinball HD (0.99) My favorite pinball app. Angry Birds HD (4.99) Angry Birds Seasons (1.99) Can’t get enough Angry Birds, can you? Flight Control HD (4.99) Tilt to Live HD (Free/4.99 IAP) I love this game. World of Goo (4.99) The definitive version of this fantastic game. Plants vs Zombies HD (6.99) Kept the family up late. Real Racing 2 HD (6.99) Optimized for the iPad 2. Civilization Revolution (12.99) Superbrothers: Sword & Sworcery EP (4.99) Beautiful adventure game. Amazing soundtrack. MiniGore (2.99) The classic dual-stick shooter. Fieldrunners (7.99) The classic Tower Defense game.
alright guys, a friend just upgraded to a new 4th gen from a old 2nd gen. I know quite a few, but... I haven't got all of the "must haves". help me out. Give me a list. 3-2-1 GO!!
Have you seen http://www.rpg-site.com? It's a pretty comprehensive list. If you like Zenonia, have you played through the whole series? What about Across Age? Or Inotia 3? Or the classic Secret of Mana? I'm more of a turn based fan myself, so I love the Final Fantasy ports.
Get the first three. Then, come back. Awesome, awesome games. First Touch Soccer is definitely a must-have at the price as well.
Oh and are there any non-gaming essentials that I should buy for my iPhone 4g? Anyone have the best app for like a stargazing app I think my girlfriend would find that cute ha especially if I could use the iPhone camera to see the stars myself like point the iphone to the sky and find it that'd be sweet. (If they have that sorta thing) Any other ideas ha these apps are harder to find. I know this thread is mostly used for games but if anyone could help me out I'd be greatly appreciated.
OHH YEAAHHH!!!! thanks for the help bros. wait... haha lol just messin, but if I could kindly bump my post....
The 2nd Gen devises are extremely limited now as to what games get played on them now. I can compile a list if that is what you want?
Exclusively 4th Gen must haves or just must haves? I'll do exclusively first Infinity Blade World of Goo Order and Chaos Online Death Rally* (personal opinion, I loved it) Dodonapachi Resurrection and Espagulda II Mushihimesama Bug Panic That's all I can think of that's exclusive to 4th Gen...
