But seriously. I have at least five packs of each (cobalt and react) in my cabinet. People mooch them off me all the time. -- Anyways, people asking about worms... don't get it. Controls are too irritating imo.
Well, this has gotten interesting. I think we should make our own chat thread to go to every night when it gets wuiet around here so we can discuss whatever we want.
While looking at recent iphone releases i came across this game: Dogpile: youtube link Anyone tried this one? Is it good? And a future release: Burn the City (coming in May): youtube link
The First Game Seems Interesting. Looks a bit like a Peggle cross Dozer cross Pinball kind of game. The Second one does not interest me, to much games are like that now. Apple really need to do something to stop it. Im getting sick of seeing all these games with the same gameplay.
...you mean the lounge? We used to get epic runaway threads in there all the time but it's been kinda quiet recently.
I recently purchased Real Racing 2 HD. I've never been a fan of realistic racing sims until now. On my iPad 2, this game is just incredible. Like, wow. I'm already getting close to finishing it and was wondering what other iPad optimized racing sims (not arcade racing, blah) are out there?
What are the best turn based rpg's? I don't really want to purchase final fantasy though. The price is a bit too high :/
I had the same question the other day - I went with my gut and grabbed War Pinball HD. Not sure if it's the best, but it's damn good.
Aside from Squre Enix games try Crimson Gem Sage or Ash. Phantasm Star II was a good game but I'm not sure how the port stands; same with Vay (PSII frequently goes on sale for $0.99). Also consider Pixel Fights for more casual turn based goodness.
Wait for FFT: TWoL before buying a SE game. Everything should be on sale then. FFIII, Chaos Rings, and Crimson Gem Saga take the top 3. Ash gets honorable mention.
YESSS!!! It's one of my favorites, and at this price, hell yeah. There's no grinding, diverse quests, an excellent story..yeah, it's great.
Damnit, I'm hopelessly addicted to Illusia. How long is it? I'd like to beat it soon, so I can actually get some work done!
Is Across Age DX worth getting if I already have Zenonia 2 and Secret of Mana (both of which I haven't had the chance to play yet)?
What does a question like this even mean? Do you actually want an answer to this kind of crap? Why don't you go try them out and decide if you even like the genre first?
I think he is trying to say that he already likes them, but is asking what its like compared to those other games.
It might sound silly, but I'm fasting from games for Lent, and I still wanted to take advantage of sales for any good games, regardless of genre. I haven't played those other RPGs because I'm still finishing up Chaos Rings and other games in my backlog. Just wanted to see if Across Age is worth my time compared to the classic Secret of Mana (which I'm amped to play), that's all.
