It runs great even on the 2nd generation man. It's the best deal at $2.99 currently, no exaggeration. You're going to get lots of fun out of this one more likely than not.
The download file size is 4-5x bigger than EII, heheh. That shouldn't matter if you have decent internet though. Have fun!
Ah, my internet isn't that amazing at night. During the day, I have internet that's literally 40-100MB/sec. At night...not so much. Wednesday night releases are always a pain, heheh.
Taken from INS's posts (in alphabetical order). I may have missed some. AIR Defense (Chillingo) Air Penguin (Gamevil) Bug Village (Glu) Coconut Dodge (EA) Men vs Machines (Glu) One Single Life (FreshTone) Resident Evil Mercenaries VS (Capcom) Streets of Rage 2 (Sega) The Relic (Clickgamer) World of Goo (2D Boy) When I saw the trailer for Air Defense, my initial thought was instabuy for only $1. Then I saw it was from Colorbox, the devs who left us in the dirt with Wave, promising us retina and bug fixes, and they still have yet to deliver. I imagine Chillingo's QA process is better, so at least the game (probably) won't have horrendous bugs this time around, but I'm not sure if I want to support a dev like that.
From this list I only want World of Goo, but i already bought it and played it on PC years ago, and One Single Life, which im already enjoying (its free) so im getting Squid Drop.
Picked up One Single Life, but none of the others interest me at all. Although I'd redownload WoG if I had a smaller idevice to play it on, it's that good
$9.66 left from this week's giftcard. Looks like I have just enough for every single one of the games I want! Marked off the six I wanted. What a week for cheap, quality games.
There's always an article on the frontpage detailed with videos and links of all the Wednesday night releases..
You know, I really don't read the front page as much as I thought I did. Thanks for making us feel completely retarded =)
