I'm going to go as far as saying that it's the best DSS on the appstore, no lie. CAVE definitely knows how the hell to make quality games. This was my opinion before the multiplayer mode, which only came out two days ago. Let's just say that the game is going to last you a hell of a long time no matter how you play it; yes, in a good way.
The multiplayer is definitely a plus, but doesn't make or break the game in any way. Get back to me with how you like it if you do get it. It's definitely worth it.
Since its $5 and I only have $7 in my account, I think I'll have to wait for a sale. I added it to my wish list though so as soon as I get a new card, I'll remember to buy it.
Vetica I've just finished the game "Vetica" which is a shoot'em up based on the font Helevetica. It was awesome! The enemy designs and power-ups are so clever. And the bosses at the end of each level are really memorable. I've enjoyed this Indie game more than some of the big name titles. It's a little gem. I'm not associated with the game in any way, but I highly recommend you check it out. Vetica Thread: http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?t=87714 Has anyone else played it?
Looking for a good $0.99 game. Already own plenty and it would take to long to list them. Thinking between Angry Birds Rio and Angry Birds Seasons but will take other suggestions. Edit: also thinking of Sacred Odyssey and Eternal Legacy but haven't heard too many good things about those two.
Just dropped below 200 unplayed synced paid apps on my 4th gen. for the first time since it came out in September xD. Although it's sad deleting tons of games I paid for within five minutes, I'm finally getting somewhere with thinning out my games :]. Been on a deleting rampage since January lol. Wish the AppStore had more closed days than just at the end of each year :/...hard to get anywhere when I'm grabbing every notable release each Wednesday night.
Sacred Odyssey is worth it. It's a straight-forward adventure, with brawling and puzzles. It ain't perfect, but it's fun. Also grab Starfront but avoid Eternal Legacy (or so I've been told). Oh, and get AB seasons first. Collision Effect and Pix'N Love Rush are also HIGHLY recommended. Have fun
I would recommend 'A Game With Balls'. It is actually a great casual game. Simplistic design. Every round is random.
Get Secret of Mana, it's a good action RPG (not turn based like FF1) and more accessible. They're entirely different games; it seems silly to me how people keep directly comparing Square Enix games just because they're made within the same studio. No other developer seems to get that.
What do we have to look forward to tomorrow? Heheh, besides death rally of course! Tactical Solder is out today! Yes! Snowboard Hero too.
