Aralon or Galaxy on Fire 2? I would buy both but $20 is a little steep. Otherwise I wait for sales and buy both for around $15 ;)

Playing GoF1 and enjoying it, but I also played the heck out of Oblivion on the PC, so it's kind of a tossup...

In the meantime playing GoF1, Ash and Dungeon Hunter 2 in the RPG realm... (also way too much Pocket Frogs, but that's a different story :p)

    Opinions?

    Ipod beats iPad...

What apps / games are better on the iPod? eg:

'Phoenix Wright' looks much better on the iPod than on the iPad.

Chopper 2 can be controlled by the ipod, but not the iPad (yet).

Camera programs like Hipstamatic can be used for iPod, but not iPad 1.

Has Dungeon Raid already been mentioned? Not iPad optimized, and I'm not even sure if it is retina display optimized...but it is the most addictive match 3 game ever made (in the style of an RPG with skills and stats...but no real story, just a survival game for score).

Lol...the game is months old now. It got more than enough attention when it was fresh here on TA..a little too much in my opinion, from the 5 star review by TA to the massive amounts of spam in the main thread and in this thread about how great it was.

It's a very good game, no framerate issues but some crashes occur and I have a 3rd yen itouch (crashes being fixed by Ryan in the first update). The screenshots dont look as good as infinity blade does but the gameplay is very fun

Any good stuff lately? Need something semi-casual, cause I don't have much time to play nowadays.

Angry Birds Rio, Land-a Panda, and Collision Effect are all fantastic and highly recommended (by me).

second land a panda great little pick up and play game. very hard in later levels to get three coins but a good game to pick up. Angry birds rio is good but be ready for in game advertisement. Another one is Tiny Wings forgotten by most on here but still a great game. Havn't played collision effect

I assumed that he had Tiny Wings, since it's been #1 for a while and he is omniscient.;)

    Sure do!
Also, thanks for the recommendations. :>>
Maybe more? I'm not really looking for puzzle-like stuff, already got 7 folders full of those. : DD

I've also been looking into Forget-Me-Not and it looks great.

No idea really. Platformers belong in the semi-casual genre for me (with TBS and RPG games being in the more hardcore group), especially ones like Legendary Wars.

    Lightweight strategy - Risk Clone?

I'm a strategy lightwieght, Battle of Westnov is all just too much for me. Any good Risk clones out there? I thought Modern Conflict was great and European War 2 ok but played the death outa those.
