Mass "What should I get?" Thread 2011

WELL this thread has certainly gone off topic.

Anyways, I'm looking for a game that has an active online community with online multiplayer?

 

Well, no one had asked for an actual game suggestion for a while. Thanks for snapping this thread back into focus.

Some of the more active online games include Modern Combat: Black Pegasus, NOVA 2 and Fruit Ninja. One that rarely had people online but is bursting at the seams currently is Dungeon Hunter 2, which is on sale for 99 cents. Get NOVA 2 and Modern Combat 2 if you like first person shooters, Fruit Ninja if you are a casual fan, or Dungeon Hunter 2 if you want a solid RPG.

Definitely look into NOVA 2, which has simply stellar multiplayer.

 

Hopefully the story will continue in Puzzle Agent 2.

 

Yeah, my bad. I didn't mean to derail the thread with my comment. I think if people wish to discuss the issue further, it would make more sense to create a new thread for doing so.

Back on topic: Any thoughts on iBomber Defense or Meow Meow Happy Fight? I'm a fan of both genres so I was thinking of getting these while they were on sale. I do have a backlog of games, though, which is why I've been less inclined to make too many random $1 purchases.

 

Meow Meow Happy Fight is excellent, and I recommend you snatch it up for a buck.

Don't know about iBomber Defense, though.

 

Has Puzzle Agent ever gone on sale in the past?

 

I think only once. At the was a couple months ago.

 

App shopper price history below says Puzzle Agent (iPhone edition) has gone on $0.99 on multiple occassions for weeks at a time. Puzzle Agent (HD/iPad edition) went on $0.99 sale once (12/18/10-01/03/11) but also dropped to $2.99:

Just got an iPad 2. Can anyone recommend some games that really take advantage of the large screen and play well on the iPad?

If you like GDS, then you should definitely get this because it is just as good if not better.
