I was just looking at Appspy's review for this lol, thanks. Probably gonna get it if the file size isn't massive.
Prince of Persia: Warrior Within. One of my favorite action adventure games of all time for a buck. You can't pass that up, unless you're on an older device on which the game lags quite a bit. Otherwise, go for Karoshi. It's one of the most original and entertaining games I've played in a long time, and for a buck it's a no brainer.
My top 5 for both the EA/Gameloft sales: EA -Madden 2011 -NFS: HP -BF: BC2 -Fifa 2011 -Mirror's Edge Gameloft -Spider Man -Zombie Infection -Prince of Persia: WW -Shadow Guardian -Star Battalion They're not in any kind of order, but for those of you who are curious, these are some of the better titles. The games GL has on sale currently are definitely more attractive than what EA has to off although the file size might be quite large at time. Well, honestly, EA's file sizes are truly no smaller in this batch of games. By the way, like SRD suggested, Karoshi is freaking excellent for $0.99.
So true. It would be acceptable if the console games they try to copy didn't end up getting butchered in the process, but oh well.
Amen to that. How about jxw forgets about either getting a Gameloft or EA game and instead gets Karoshi. No complaints about copying or filesize, and it's only a buck.
Agreed, i actually did get a gameloft game before you responded but decided to get karoshi since i loved the computer series.
Anyone wants to get a <20 Megabyte 99 cent game? I got myself three recently: - Solomon´s Keep (Dungeon Crawler/ Action RPG): This is the best of the bunch, if you never purchased it by now you just owe it to yourself to check the Lite Version out at least. - League Of Evil (Platformer): Not a very bad little game either, brings up long forgotten memories about your Nintendo past. The Levels are very short, some of em are easy, but there are hard ones in there aswell. Worth checking out. There is a Lite Version too. - Pixel Fighters (Mini RPG): This one does take the core of your beloved JRPGS, the turned based character duels, and puts them into a nice pick up and play package. There isn´t much content as of now and I wasn´t able to get a Game Center Match started either, as GC couldn´t find me an opponent. This game wins or loses depending on the size of its player base, which doesn´t seem to be very high at the moment. Anyway, great idea behind this title, I hope it does take off. They have a big budget but otherwise their games, besides being clones, are streamlined for the masses. The only Gameloft games I could derive some fun out of were this Beat Em Up they released a while ago and Assassins Creed. All the others I´ve tried have been disappointing. GFX of their games are usually top notch, but that isn´t all that matters in a game.
I bought Battle For Wesnoth. Should I get Sword & Poker, now that it's back on the AppStore? Do you think it'll go on sale soon? Should I get Sword & Poker 2? And what about Dungeon Raid? How similar is that to S&P and S&P 2?
