I've seen this video 4 different times... and no offense but... IT DOESN'T LOOK VERY GOOD. Anyways... Can anyone other than Osmiral confirm how great Wispin is?
It's the second best first person shooter. It really shows what the idevice can do. It's 4.99..not even the cost of a days lunch. I can always find 3 friends to play online, very cool. 4 enormous maps of thrilling, fast paced action. It's so detailed, there's so many weapons. It takes skill, strategy, and very quick thinking. This is coming from someone who never liked shooting games.
And um..I don't think I've ever seen a negative comment besides the usual idiots complaining about crashing and such.
I agree with all this, although I always liked shooting games, but there's a ton of strategy involved especially at the later levels, and in the early levels there's a good amount of mindless shooting fun mixed in
i have both. harry potter is pretty amazing, and i'm not even too far into it. i think it's a really polished game. not crazy about the control scheme, which can take some getting used to and tends to occupy more screen than necessary...but apparently there is a d-pad update coming (i think?) so you can't go wrong there... bug panic is probably my favorite of the two, but only if you have an interest in score-attack type games. you can probably breeze through the initial game...it's hard, but not incredibly long. the beauty of the game comes in its replayability, which is great fun. tying to develop better combos and improving your score is a blast, but not for everyone...if you're not into this type of gameplay, i'm not sure the first run is worth it... so there you go...if you like score attack, definitely go for bug panic. if all you want is a campaign, harry potter is your game.
Reckless Racing + Axe in Face + another 99 cent game or Revolt + Reckless Racing or Revolt + Axe in Face?
Revolt (if you have a 3rd gen device or above) + Reckless Racing + Axe in the face (Haven't played it though.) Haven't seen you for a while
Still hangin' on to my trusty old 2nd gen, but Santa might be nice for Christmas and get me a 4th gen, who knows? So should I still get Revolt if I have a 2nd gen? Apparently Lego Harry Potter is really good, so I'm saving $5 for when the update for 2nd gen optimization hits (currently have $8 left right now)
It will have updates in the future that add more levels. The regular Angry Birds probably won't see any new updates anymore as they have moved on to supporting Seasons and will probably have new updates for future holidays, such as maybe Easter, St. Patrick's Day, Valentine's Day, etc. However, the regular Angry Birds already has 195 levels because of all the updates it has received over the months, whereas Seasons only has 40 levels (and 23 of them you currently can't play because it's treating the Christmas levels like an advent calendar and only letting you unlock one per day every day until Christmas).
