Meh, I don't know about that..I can always find 3 other people to play online, and there's 4 maps that are larger than the maps in MC2. MC2 is also repetitive...there's like 4 maps, and the people with the better weapons generally always win. I'm only level 13 cause I've only put about 2 hours into the multiplayer, but believe me it's not fun playing people rank 60+.
Well, I agree and disagree. Weapons don't make that much of a difference. I feel that once you unlock the MN106, you should be doing okay. The only reasons why level 60s are better are that they have been playing longer so they know the map better and they can predict where people are gonna pop out of.
Yeah I don't know I've had just as much fun with Cod:Zombies, it's amazing if you can find a good team to play with, and the small maps are even really fun when alone. Anyway what are some good action/adventure games, or some really good hidden gems that have come out recently? Thanks.
That's very true but all I have is the second assault rifle after the ak47..and I certainly don't know the maps lol. what genre would you like? action/adventure is so broad haha. But in any case, maybe you should just wait a few days for the decemeber releases xD.
Yeah I know it's kinda broad, but I don't really have any preference, other than something fast paced and challenging (I hate easy games, the more challenging the better).
If you have someone to play with (Bluetooth) then the game is an automatic must buy. It has an addicting feeling, but isnt a "pick up and Play" game... The gameplay is awesome because of the four difficulty modes, so if you think you're good enough, change the difficulty and you have a whole new challenge. All of the characters are different (except for ryu and Ken) and have their own special combos and tricks, so if you wanna try someone new you can quickly go into training to figure out the player and then join an easy tournament. At first you start off with assist on, which makes the game easier, but then if you are up for a challenge turn the assist and use some trusty d-pad movements to determine if you do a Hadouken or just do an accidental punch. If you have someone to play multiplayer with it makes the game completely different. You get to challenge your friends who probably have a completely different gaming style and provide a new challenge. Also, if you play it enough, you unlock "special cards" which are really cool pictures of different characters, that provides you with a goal in the game. Finally, there are endless achievements with gamecenter so you always have some weird match to play. Overall this game is about #2 on my iPod, so it's definatly worth $10!!! Get it now!!!
if you like endless games, check out silverfish and wispin. two of my absolute favorite games already, and both are new. both developers are hands on and have each released pretty major performance updates based on TA feedback. really big fan of each. CAVE's bug panic is another recent pick up that was well worth it.
Picked up Wispin and Silverfish both awesome games! Just wondering, what do you have the swipe distance thingy set to in Silverfish? I'm having trouble finding a really good setting for it. Thanks.
offtopic Gotta let it out, I bought Phoenix Wright yesterday (thanks to a giftcard from a friend and beign really tired). Somerandomdude must be really proud of me right now. /offtopic
I thought Phoenix Wright was horribly translated to iOS, but it still remains one of my favorite games on my iPhone
I agree. I never played it on the DS, but I can tell that they didnt make any adjustments to the UI. The Duel screen format would would well on the DS, but was annoying and frustrating on the iphone. JUST LET US CLICK ANYWHERE ON THE SCREEN! Why do we have to wait for the top half to scoot itself down to the bottom half!?!?!?
this appvent calender thing sounds amazing especially the gameloft one. i can't believe nobody's created a thread yet, ur guareentedd 100 posts pretty much

WAHOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How ya liking it so far? Yeah, it wasn't great, but I thought it fit well for the iPhone. I'm just glad that they put it in portrait mode, since it makes it so much easier for me to just start the game up, make some progress, and quit. Plus it just wouldn't have fit as well in landscape mode.
