I was reading the old Skee-ball thread and saw that you were very disappointed with the game at first. What changed for you?
The physics took some getting used to, they were really hard at first. But once you get used to them its really fun, and there's a lot of prizes you can buy with tickets so that's cool.
I played through quite a bit of it, its ok; not great. I promptly deleted it after I bought GTA. But if you liked the lite then go for it.
Yeah... especially after hearing about what you can find in dumpsters... that's gonna ruin my chances of getting it.
I happen to have really bad luck when it comes to that kinda stuff. Right as I pick one of those up my parents will suddenly be like "WHATCHA PLAYIN!" and then probably having to delete the game meaning I wasted 10 bucks. Any way to avoid that? EDIT: By that I meant having to go in dumpsters or find that stuff. Or do you have to llook in dumpsters for missions?
Searching dumpsters isn't necessary, its just a random thing Rockstar added in. Red dumpsters will always have guns only, if you don't want them to see anything other than that, don't search the other colored dumpsters, stick with red only.
i dont understand. if you think about it, even if you are very unlucky, i still think the chances they do that is very slim. just dont play it around them.
My parents steal my ipod to see what I have on it They also think I smoke weed everytime I go to a friends house...even when I'm right next door. You'd be surprised what lengths some parents go
Lol, yeah, I just won't search any of the dumpsters except the red ones when they're around. I'll also just skip the cutscenes and/or not do missions. Go buy it. For $0.99 it's a good game. I bought it at $3 and still enjoyed it, so get it while it's on sale.
LOL! Yeah, my parent's aren't THAT extreme, but I thikn some restrictions of theirs are stupid. As far as I can tell, if they can't tell it's swearing (like in some songs I've heard... in which I couldn't recognize it without seeing the lyrics), it's alright for the most part... As long as it's not repeated uses of the F-bomb. Glad to know I'm not the only one... My parents think I'm up to something when I go to another tab when they walk by because I wanted to see what was in that tab... it's aggrivating...
It seems to be of decent length. If you've ever played the arcade one, it's a lot like that one. It's a bit more forgiving since your armor has health instead of one hit break, which suits the game on the iPhone. And trust me, you won't need cheats. I'm playing without them and feel like there's nothing missing w/o them.
