The halloween sales are mostly over and I didn't buy anything except Tappi Bear! Looking for my next 99c game with a decent amount of Game Center Achievements PS. Flight Control any good? well it HAS to be good right? but how come I don't see a FC thread around..
I personally don't like Flight Control. I find it and other path-drawing games repetitive and boring. Repetitive isn't bad as long as it's addictive, but I personally don't find it addicting. That's just me though.
Umm, I actually don't get it for exactly the opposite of backtothis's ridiculous statement. I actually blow plenty of money on games that seem interesting to me (though I do avoid buying Gameloft games because they do eventually go on $1 sales), and I HAVE indeed played Phoenix Wright long enough to know the game is overrated. Mind you, I don't like its genre so maybe you might like it.
Well, I have $6 right now, 3 of which is going to Zombie Crisis the second it comes out, leaving me with 3. Now I really want to get the Avenged Sevenfold 2 song pack for TTR3 for a buck, leaving me with 2. And then I just saw iTrials, and I also want No, Human. How should I go about this predicament?
Dude, don't listen to TiltMyTouch. He's an alright dude, but when it comes to Phoenix Wright, don't listen. He just hasn't accepted the awesomeness that is Phoenix Wright. Simply put, you need to buy it. Now. If it wasn't a good game, it wouldn't have spread like a plague, now, would it? Btw, look at my signature. I think that speaks for itself.
Ok, so I'm changing my question. I'm definitely getting iTrials... I've been looking for a Trials HD clone for a long time now, and that fits the bill perfectly. Now for my actual question: Should I get that Avenged Sevenfold 2 song pack and a dollar game or No, Human!. Keep in mind that I'm pretty set on puzzlers after getting Helsing's Fire (which is one of the best puzzle games ever, btw), so No, Human isn't exactly a must have right now.
For me, the need to top leader boards and unlock all unlockables (hmm that's a bit redundant...) makes Minigore by Mountain Sheep my most used app. Also Cartoon Wars 2 and Fruit Ninja are great. Oh yeah and Trainyard is awesome! Support Indie Developers!! Also, is there an awesome RTS that has both multiplayer and that kind of feel of strategy you get from Age of Empires? I remember someone tried to help the other day (thanks) but I really want something that COMBINES those two criteria items.
I bought Phoenix Wright when I got my iPhone 4 in July. I'm still in the process of finishing the last episode 4 months later. It is incredibly deep and is well worth the $5 to get so much gameplay. Of course, if you don't like story-driven games then it's not for you. I, for one, typically can't play through a full-featured game unless it has a good story.
Helsing's Fire is the best dollar I've spent in a long long time. If you like puzzle games go buy it now!
I also need a good game for a dollar, whether it be on sale or is always a buck. I just want something... good. Almost anything that's enjoyable (although there are certain games I just can't bring myself to play) I'll go for at a buck.
Ok, let me rephrase my question... I'm looking for a .99 game that's not a running or casual game. Simply put, I'm just not into those kinda games right now.
You don't make it easy for me, do you? Richocet Infinity? Pretty much the best brickbreaker for the platform.
That's what she said. Y'know, I've never liked brick breaking games... At all. I find them to be boring and repetitive tbh. I'd actually classify that under casual gaming.
You're using that phrase to the point of it not being effective anymore dude. Try Shatter, then say that about Brick Breaking games.
