Bit.trip Beat is a cool pong style game that gets harder and syncs to music. Pretty cool and worth the buck but I didn't really get that hooked on it. On another note. Should I get Cro-Mag rally? THe $0.99 sale is enticing. Is online multiplayer popular?
To be honest I hate Battle Bears. I can confidently tell you that it will be a good choice to get the other game even though I've never even heard of it. That's how bad Bears is to me. Personally I like PvZ better, but then again I'm not the most hardcore golfer either. I don't have the PC version of PvZ so I can't give my input there.
It was good like two years ago. Not anymore. Avoid it plz. Get Blue Defense Wave 2 or something instead.
Carcassone, Reiner Knizia's Samurai, Neuroshima Hex, or Game Dev Story? Carcassone and Samurai (4.99): Not really that interested. Could someone explain to me the gameplay? Nuroshima Hex (2.99): Sort of interested, but unsure of gameplay and replayability. Game Dev Story (3.99): Sort of interested, but unsure of replayability.
I've only played Shift a bit and I personally liked Undercover more. I liked the storyline and the cars and everything it was a really smooth game. Like I said though I don't know shift too well so I can't fully comment but as a standalone (and for those who like racing games) it is definitely worth the buy
It's more of a matter of preference when it comes to Shift vs. Undercover. I've always been a huge fan of over-the-top arcade racers like Burnout, so naturally I'd pick Undercover over Shift anyday. That said, I loved Shift. There was something about it that kept me playing, despite my apathy for most racing sims.
I've decided to remove Reiner Knizia's Samurai and Carcassone. So, Neuroshima Hex or Game Dev Story? I consider Neuroshima Hex because it is a stratagy game and there is a lot of promised content. The problem is that i have no idea how the game works, and the gameplay videos aren't really helpful. I'm considering Game Dev Story because i like sim games. It looks interesting, but i think it doesn't have much playability.
I'm really enjoying Neuroshima Hex. Like you, I was on the fence because I didn't know how the game was played and, like you said, the video didn't help much. After purchasing, I played my first game without knowing anything, so I lost pretty bad But after the first game, I checked out what each tile did and that helped a lot. Now it's one of my favorite strategy games. I also heard that they are adding Game Center multiplayer, retina support and they will be making the app universal, so I decided to jump in
Well, I won a contest, so DLC isn't really an option Thanks anyways! Thoughts?: - SEED 2 (sale) - Bejeweled 2 (sale) - Pro Zombie Soccer (sale) - Despicable Me (sale) - Cut The Rope Anything else?
Vampire Origins and Tehra: Dark Warrior are both at $0.99 right now, and I might give them a shot later. I played the lite of Vampire Origins and it's pretty fun, most likely worth a buck. I've heard plenty of good things about Tehra too, so that's probably worth the money as well. 2XL Trophylite is also a dollar today, so worth a look if you're into that kinda stuff. Haven't played it yet, but knowing 2XL, it has to be good.
