so Monkey Island 2 is now on sale for .99$...ya. Anyone reading this post is now obligated to buy it.
Undoubtedly. And now I have plenty of money to buy Icarus X! But yeah, it's one of the best point and click games in existance for a buck. You can't beat that.
Lol idk where TMT is but here's what he/she saidd about it the other day: That's a good review of the game, I'd say...
I sorta want Monkey Island 2 now...how long is the gameplay, is there any replay value, and do I need Monkey Island 1 to enjoy it?
Spiderman total mayhem or Hero of Sparta 2? Interested in which looks better on the retina, and which is more fun. Don't care much about the length as I don't finish games very often. Thanks
Don't think. Just click buy. In fact, you should be ashamed of yourself for asking that question. But, I guess I'll answer your question. It's one of the best adventure games of all time, up there with The Curse of Monkey Island (#1), Broken Sword, and Full Throttle. It took me about a good amount of time playing it through on ScummVM on the Wii, way more time than most $1 games can offer. Also, it has some of the greatest writing I've ever experienced, and the fantastic voice acting only enhances it tenfold. Just... buy it. This second.
Not everyone likes Point and Click games buddy . Alright should i get Slice It and Zen Bound 2? Are they any good? How about Knight's Rush? LOL one more...Thoughts of Highborn please?
What's up Albert! Have you played both? And you have an iPod touch 2nd gen right? Can anyone weigh in that has played both on a 4th gen device with retina display? Edit: btw I didn't really care for Highborn. Thought I would as I really like strategy games... I rarely finish games but I beat Rogue Planet, War of Eustrath, and Battle for Wesnoth might be my #1 favorite game, though I'm not anywhere near finishing it. Highborn just didn't pull me in for some reason.
Don't have Spiderman but i can honestly say that Hero of Sparta 2 is BADASS! Yep i have a 2G iPod Touch.
How is Solomon's Boneyard? I've never tried the Solomon's Keep, but I love DSS's, so how will this game hold up for me?
I also forgot to mention that you don't really need to play the first one to understand the second, but you ended up getting it anyway! I win again! Also, I have about $12 left to spend. I'm considering getting Castlevania Puzzle (still...) and Phantasy Star II. Anything else I should get, and should I overlook or get the games I just listed?
