yeah tax in texas is 8.25%, so I pay $1.07 for my 99 cent apps and like 11 dollars or so for my 9.99 apps

 

Yeah, I'm in the US.

 

Whatever state you live in, I'm moving there. App Store taxes are annyoing the crap out of me.

Wait... what's going on here? I just spent $5 in apps, and now it's telling me I have $4.99 left... Weird...

 

So does anyone know a way I could get a penny on my account?? If not please recommend me a good two dollar app! Or should I wait and see how much pocket frogs is?

I second Corporate Fury And I believe it was mentioned on the post that was on the TA frontpage about Pocket Frogs.

 

I made an american iTunes account and just said I was from Montana xD there's no sales tax there.

 

I wish I had thought of that now... Then again, I did make my account long before there were taxes on iTunes purchases...

 

You only pay taxes if you're using your credit card right? Or when you buy the itunes giftcard?

Yeah, you'll notice it if you have a balance on your account. I've purchased $0.99 apps and have it register as over a buck.

 

Hey guys! Didnt know if I should start a thread for this or not, but I'll play it safe.

So I lost my Ipod Touch around Christmas. Since then I havent payed any attention to the touch gaming world, so I'm extremely behind. Recently, my mechanic found it while working under the dashboard of our car (How did it get there!?). So what are some of the best games of the past 8 months?
My favorites are: Minigore, Flight Control, Orbital, Doodle Jump, Hook Champ... And many others that I cant even remember.

The only one I've bought in months is Fruit Ninja, which I've enjoyed.

So any great recommendations, preferably similar to the style of games I've presented? The only catch is my touch is first generation.
