Is the iPhone version of Osmos recommended? It looks cool for the iPad, but I'm worried it might be too cluttered on the small screen.
thanks a lot! lol i bought the only one with tilt function before reading this sigh. my accelerometer is completely broken.
About Zen Bound 2. You use the accelerometer to change the angle of the rope, but that can be replaced by changing the angle of the whole figure to compensate. It can be easier with both, but it can be done without accel.
Sim City deluxe anyone? I love any game that involves building things, Looking forward to getting my hands on the tower too.
Cluttered screen space is most definitely not an issue on the iPhone, so if the game looks good, go ahead and get it.
I'm leaving town for a week so I've got $25 to spend on apps. So far I was thinking PvZ and Crimson Gem Saga. Any other recommendations? Or if either of those games are not worth getting?
Both are excellent, though Crimson Gem Saga is a much bigger game. If you do get CGS, make sure to check out the thread for advice on the menu controls; also, go to options on the main menu and switch to fixed d-pad -- works a lot better than the default floating one.
Is Xenome worth it? Can someone with a 2nd generation iPod Touch tell me if it runs well? I read that there were lagging issues upon release on the newest devices, so I'm worried it would be even worse for mine.
