You must be possessed by some demon afraid of having fun. That is the only rational reason why you would decline such amazing games. I must perform an excorism by gifting you Hook Champ, Super Quickhook or PW.
Gifting won't be necessary. I might consider HC or SQH, but really, I wasn't born into the 8-bit/16-bit gaming era, so the graphics really turn me off. The only retro graphics game I've ever appreciated was Swords of Fargoal.
I wouldnt decline a free game even if it was PW lol. Just imagine if you got me to say PW is amazing.
I was born during the N64/PS1 era, and I still love 8/16-Bit graphics. I love Phoenix Wright's graphic style, but that's not even my focus of the game. It's all about storyline, and basically ends up being an insanely awesome pick-your path murder mystery picture book. Just give it a shot. It's only $3. I don't see much else other than maybe Prisoner 84 that you'd spend that money on right now, unless you already had Phoenix Wright. Speaking of spending $3, what's a better choice: Predators or Fruit Ninja/Dark Void/Grokion?
I don't like PW not because of its graphics, but because of its story. Solving mystery cases just isn't attractive to me, no matter if it's $3 or $5. If I wanted an experience like that, I'd prefer a book. Better for the eyes, too. As for the question, if you liked casual gaming hits like Doodle Jump, Fruit Ninja is kind of a no brainer. Unless you are limited on cash, just spend the .99 already and decide on the other games later.
I'm not a big fan of casual games usually, but Fruit Ninja just seems like a ton of fun. I've also been wanting to get both Predators and Dark Void for some time now, and seeing as it's on sale, I might as well grab DV and Grokion along with Fruit Ninja. I'm just curious if Predators is worth just getting that one game or if I should go for those three right now.
Any game that lasts long and has lots of replay value. I'm gon away for 3 weeks and wont have wifi. Plz give me a list o some options. Thx! Ps I already have Phoenix wright. And hook champ
Hmm your soul is very complete, good job! Space Miner lasts long and is awesome. Starball is insanely underrated. Fantastic pick-up-and-play. Ninjatown:Trees of Doom, you should prolly have this one by now. Tilt to Live, duh JET CAR STUNTS. If you don't have it and the level packs, shame on you. Drop7, addicting as tits. Flick Kick Football, pick up and play, addicting. Sword and poker 1 and 2. Long unique gameplay. Spirit, pick-upand-play, very addicting.
Did he mention Battle for Wesnoth? Just in case, not: Battle for Wesnoth!! 300+ hours of gameplay over 15 campaigns! Including even a tower defense game, a skirmish mode, and multiplayer (which you won't be able to use during your 3 weeks, but can later). Just do it!
Prisoner's a bit short but it has a decent amount of replay value, considering the secrets and stuff. I don't think it'll last you 3 weeks though. If you don't have Chaos Rings and are into RPG's, that'd probably be perfect for you. If you do have it, pick up one of the Final Fantasy games. I'm also enjoying Steam Pirates, although I'm barely anywhere into the game (Chrono Trigger's been stealing all my game time), so I can't speak on how much time you'll get out of it. And don't forget Super Quickhook, seing as it sounds like you enjoy Hook Champ.
Is ff2 worth the $$ if I've got xemome??? Also, is plunderland Any good??? Already got battle for wesnoth and sqh and bunch of other you said. Getting steam pirates though... Have heard good things about it
If you don't have either of the Final Fantasy games, get the first one. They're completely different from Xenome. I've put so much time into the first Final Fantasy on my PSP that I can't even count the time, and I'm only about halfway through. That game alone will last you three weeks. And Steam Pirates is more than worth a dollar. Definitely get it while it's on sale.
I've already go ff1. It was gr8 but haven't heard enough good thing about #2 to make me think it's worth $9. Btw, is frogatto anywhere near mario??? Also, is let's golf 2 a big enough improvement form #1???
It is. It's easier to figure out what to do and the level-up system is much, much easier to understand. It's like comparing Oblivion's system to Fallout 3's. Then again, I havn't given FFII much time since I got it right before Chaos Rings came out, but it's definitely a better game.
Naturally, Phoenix Wright, leaving you to spend the other two however you like. I'd recommend Steam Pirates and Dark Void for the other two.
