Really? I mostly thought it was just very generic. Then again I got the game for free, so I might have been more forgiving of it. I'd certainly rate it below all the others on the list, but I'd still put it on the list. @Beto_Machado: Start with Battle of Wesnoth - it's not likely you'll need another TBS game!
Should I get land air sea warfar? I want to know if it's hard to learn or takes a long time to learn the game
Have you ever played a real-time strategy game before? If you have, then you'll be able to pick this up fairly quickly, although there are a ton of units, buildings, and technologies to learn. I would suggest putting the game on "ground only" the first time you play it so you can become famliar with the ground units. Next time do "air only"to get to know the air units, etc. I've had the game for a while, and I still haven't found a use for all the units/technologies/buildings yet. And, to answer your question, yes, you should buy the game.
I had the game for 2 hours and figured everything out and was ready to go. I lost my first game >.>" xD You learn as you go along.
Is Battle of Wesnoth the one that had issues running full speed in some devices and the hard-to-read text (T-A review)? Are those fixed already?
So I have 2 long plane trips this week and I need some games to hold my attention for a while. I'm (almost) definitely going to get Prisoner 84 and will also pick up Castlevania when it comes out next week. I have a couple more dollars to spend and would like to know a couple of cheap games I should get. I've been looking at a few and was wondering which were the best. -Slayer Pinball -Minigore -Pix n' Love Rush -The Jim and Frank Mysteries -Star Wars the Battle for Hoth -Anything else you can think of I only have $2 left so anything $3 will have to replace Prisoner 84
If you can stretch to $3 you really should own Edge, Defender Chronicles and either Hook Champ or Super Quickhook. Tilt to Live, Ramp Champ, Fruit Ninja and Orbital are some great time wasters and when you eventually get $4.99 to spare... Labyrinth 2. Of the ones you listed, Minigore and Pix n' Love Rush. Edit: Breakspin is free at the moment, that's decent too.
-meteor blitz. on sale for $0.99, normally $2.99. it's a dual stick shooter that's awesome -minigore is good but you might get bored on a plane. best bet is to watch some movies or something. -stardunk is really fun but requires internet for the fun part so probably not. -pix n' love rush is good if you like retro games, there's a lot of levels -helsing's fire. check that one out, you might like it if you like puzzle games. -chain link pro. it's free, addicting or what you could do is (if you don't have jet car stunts), buy it for $2 or try the lite one first, there's a level pack for $1.99 if you like it a lot.
I'd say the best by far is Defender Chronicles. It's better than most PC TD games I've played, probably the best TD I've ever played. But it's not easy... you might be better starting off with something like The Creeps or BloonsTD. BloonsTD being my second favourite, it's more fun than it looks in the screens.
