Oh noes! D: Well alrighty then, I guess its off to search the app store! And if that fails I guess I could make a thread asking about it. (Unless someone else knows the name!) Thanks somerandomdude, now I know it does exist, its just nameless. EDIT: Is it Cryptoglyphic? EDIT #2: btw I just noticed that on some apps there is a + next to the price, what is that? (In case nobody knows what I am talking about it looks like.) [+] $0.99 >
So xemome lags on even the 3rd gen? That's a pity because it looked really good. Now I was thinking though. Should I get sqh or stick with archetype? I know they are completely different games but which one is funner and has more replay value??? Thanks in advance
Oh, cool guess I learned something new. I wonder if they will do something saying if a game or app is 4th gen enchanced? (That would be mega useful to me when I finally get my 4th gen iPod touch)
Hi guys, Is there any games like Ultraviolet Dawn? it's basically an offline MMORPG-like game. you can go about anywhere, do quest, become good/evil it's up to you. And the upgrades and all the weapons you bought really have apparent effects on your fights. oh, and Ultraviolet Dawn has a quite heavy emphasis on trading, though i don't mind if the recommended games don't have it. 2d games only please
Yeah it lags pretty badly. I have a iPod touch 3rd gen 32 gig running on ios4.0 as well. It depends on which type of game you like more. Sqh will never go on sale, as promised by the developer, so you don't have to worry about being mad about losing money. Also, it has a bunch of replay value. With the endless mode, it is a fantastic game. if you liked hook champ (there is a free version to try to see if you like it) then you will love this. It is the same as hook champ except a lot better. I'm almost certain archetype will go on sale soon, but it looks like a great fps. If you liked nova or halo at all, this game will be really enjoyable. From all the reviews, this game even works on a 3G connection. In the end, it's your call. First person shooter or a strategy game with several days of replay value. Keep in mind that sqh is really challenging and you'll be frustrated at times
Jim and frank or monkey island 2? Not great at puzzle games, but Jim and frank seems like a good deal
hi guys, since my question hasn't been answered. so i though i'd repost it and ask another recommendation Is there any games like Ultraviolet Dawn? it's basically an offline MMORPG-like game. you can go about anywhere, do quest, become good/evil it's up to you. And the upgrades and all the weapons you bought really have apparent effects on your fights. oh, and Ultraviolet Dawn has a quite heavy emphasis on trading, though i don't mind if the recommended games don't have it. Is there any other game like metal slug? i have doodle army. the metal slug on the appstore seem to suck. what are some good arcade remakes for the iphone? i have streets of rage and golden axe 2d games only please
are golden axe and streets of rage good? anyways, try PoP remake (0.99), space invaders infinity gene
it is, but there are some hard bits and unlocks aren't that great. I did enjoy it, though. For 0.99 it's worth it
Warpgate and Galaxy on Fire come to mind. Galaxy on Fire might not be what you're looking for, but Warpgate is like that.
