No no....let me explain. I have been trying to exercise some will power lately and slow down my app buying-it all adds up. I went as far as to only use gift cards and not my credit card on iTunes-the credit card has unlimited money, and you don't realize how much you have spent till the bill comes. This weekend, I was out of town, and saw that PES was on sale. I had no gift cards on my account, but I REALLY wanted PES. I wasn't sure if i would get PES in time. Desperate, I found a CVS and picked up a 5 dollar gift card. Problem solved, with 3 bucks to spare I am a bit of a cheapskate-but I'd rather be a tad miserly than overspend by large amounts. I have bought fruit ninja, Phoenix Wright and now PES, while getting Prince of Persia, iBlast Moki, NYZ, chop chop tennis, skullpogo, armada, puzzle quest, shift and Plushed for free.
Grokion or Pix'n Love Rush for 99c? They both look good, but I'm thinking Pix'n Love (even though I hate the title.)
Should consider Grokion since it's price will rise after the update. While Pix shouldn't change that much
Grokion will get updates constantly... after each episode it'll go up a dollar too, so get that now and then Pix'n Love Rush
Hmm really difficult decision here: 1) Phoenix Wright (never played it before) 2) LASW (kind of an RTS fan but already got Red Conquest and Red Alert) 3) 2xl Trophylite Rally (Graphics looks gorgeous) I know they are not from the same genre but maybe tell me in your honest opinion which one you personally enjoyed more than the others?
1) Ehh not my favorite 2) No, I thought it was horrible, and the graphics cause headaches 3) If you want a game that appears to be a rally sim, when in actuality its a tech demo, that needs some physics tweaking, difficulty adjustments, and all around more content. then this game is for you. I say no to this as it is not AT ALL worth the price it was. Still it should be no more than $3.99 and at that price im being generous. Frankly I was so disappointed at this game I couldn't write a review in less than 4 pages that expressed my dissapointment.
LOL that created complications in my plans.1 1) PPL here are raving about it. 2) A plague that has swiped ppls signatures. 3) I thought it had much content in terms of of trucks and tracks.
Dunno about #3, but I love #1 and #2. However, they are absolutely impossible to compare on any level; it just comes down to which genre you like more. LASW has no story, but PW is nothing BUT a story; LASW requires quick thinking, while PW consists of relaxed analises; LASW is infinitely replayable, while PW has no replayability whatsoever.
You made the right choice. I got the game the day it hit the App Store, and I just made it to case 5 this morning, and I've enjoyed every bit of it again, although not to the extent that I did the first time, but the game isn't lacking in replayability like I thought it'd be.
Woops sorry somerandomdude I missed your reply. Thanks I will have to go look at Fallen after I wrap this post up. I would love to have a silent hill or resident evil port but by judging the two that's on the idevice right now I have a feeling that Capcom nor Konami will ever give us what we want... I just hope one of them pulls their head out of their apps (hehe...) and at least do the 3DS some justice. Just thinking of Silent Hill 1 or 2 in 3d is giving me chills already. Also it seems that the guys who made Dementium: The Ward is planning on making a 3DS game so maybe we will get some chills/frights from them.
